I KNOW YOU CAN'T STAY, BUT I WISH YOU WOULD.
___••___
Way back in 2011, I met this wonderful woman who captivated my heart, and her name is Lorie.
She has brown curly hair, brown eyes, perfect eyebrows, long eyelashes, a cute nose, and light pink lips.
She's short and thin, she loves to wear modest apparel, and she's just an ordinary youth who prefers capturing every moment she does.
She's holding a camera the time I saw her inside the park, taking hold of the scene for her to seize the day.
It was a remarkable rendezvous, I can say.
I was roaming around the park, observing her moves from afar, and hoping that she won't notice me for discerning her.
But we can't indeed control cellularity. Her camera's lens and my eyes just met, and seconds after her beautiful face was uncovered.
She moved her hands down while holding the camera, and stare in my direction with a smile on her face.
I was confused at that time cause' I'm not sure if her smile and wave were intended for me, that's why I moved my gaze back to know if someone's behind me but I see nobody.
I turned again to see her and to my surprise, she's walking towards my path. She stopped feet away from me, then put back again her camera in front of her face and clicked its button.
Laughter just began the moment she saw what she took so I glared at her.
"What?" she asked after seeing my expression.
"Why are you laughing?" I asked.
"Nothing~," she said in a singing voice. "If you're thinking that I don't know you were observing me, then you're wrong." She said then walks around me as I did something bad that she should've investigated.
"Are you one of my creepy stalkers?" She asked through whispering in my ears. "Because if you are, I'll kill you!" She shouted which made me uneasy cause' everyone around is now watching us.
"Nah, I'm just kidding!" She shouted again while laughing.
What's with this girl? I mean, if you're a stranger and you met her, you would say that this girl is frigid or bitter as your partial judgment.
Like a person who doesn't give any care about other people, yet only about what they were doing.
But my viewpoint changed when she approached. She isn't cold or bitter, because she is cheerful and friendly!
So just like a blink of an eye, we became friends that fast. After that part, she said she was thirsty and wanted to drink some milk tea. She even told me that I should treat her for creeping her out!
I explained to her everything that I'm not a stalker or anything, but I'm just a stranger. I also told her my side, I said that I always see her inside the park with the camera in her hands.
I said straight to her that she caught my attention and with courage inside, I confessed my feelings.
Yes! I told her I like her.
At that moment, I thought she would leave me alone but she didn't. I thought she would feel a little bit scared but she didn't show me a face.
She just said that she can't commit because she doesn't want to see her partner cry in pain and being broken eventually.
She doesn't want to be just the temporary happiness of someone, because she knew that someday she'll leave.
Someday, all the things she did will remain a memory. That's why she loves to do photography because she wants to catch a glimpse of how beautiful everything is before she'll vanish.
