"So what are we going to do now?" Ask Leora while they are walking back to the house.

"Do you want to call your parents?" Ask him while looking at his girl walks happily and smells every single flower she finds. He is satisfied that she seems more relaxed in his presence.

She stops smelling the rose and looks at him with her big eyes. She doesn't believe he will let her call her parents this instant. After her shocking responses, she gives him a big smile and runs to him.

"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" She says happily jumping up and down around him. He smiles at her reaction, feeling satisfied that he can make this girl happy.

"I'll let you call your parents while I'm being present. Okay?" He says sternly and stopped the jumping girl.

"Okaaaay." She says with a big smile.

"Can I video call them? Pretty please." She pleads with him, trying to test her luck.

"Fine. As long as I'm there." He says walking ahead of her.

They are walking to his office. She is gawking at the house the entire time. She still cannot believe how beautiful this house is. She wonders if his office will be dark and scary like him or if it will be beautiful like this house.

When they stopped at the big door, she could feel the dread. The atmosphere seems scarier. She can guess he will be in his scary serious mode when they enter the office and not her friends in the garden anymore.

The room is black like his soul. It looks really stiff and scary. When you enter the room you can feel the strict business mode in here. Almost all the things in here are made of wood and all the things besides the wood color are black. There is one table with a work chair and PC for him to work and a small sofa for a little meeting.

"Sit on the sofa while I set the video call." He says and walks to set the PC.

She sits and waits for a while. She can't hide her excitement. The truth is she doesn't know what she should say in front of her parents. She feels like a thousand days without meeting her parents. While the fact is just been 2 days without meeting her parents.

"Come here." He commands. She complies and sits in his chair.

"You can just click the call button. Don't try anything stupid. I'll watch you from here." He stands aside in the back from her. He can't be seen on the camera but he can see the monitor.

"I won't. I'll be a good girl, I promise. After all, I don't have a chance." She says and clicks the call button.

He watched her playing with her hands. He can say she is really nervous about meeting her parents. He can't truly understand her feelings right now. How can humans feel two emotions at the same time? He can tell she's happy and nervous at the same time.

"Mom, Dad, hi..." She says when looking at her parents' shocked faces.

"Leora, are you okay? Where are you now? Where is he? Did he hurt you?" Her mom asks her a lot of questions. She worries about her. She is scared when someone break into her house and tells her that her young daughter was captured by them. She's crying when she sees her daughter is alive and okay.

"I'm okay Mom. Don't worry about me. God will help and take care of us. He's here, he doesn't do anything to hurt me so I'll be fine Mom. He just needs a friend." She says and whispers her last part about him, scared he will be angry if he hears her.

"Is he really not hurting you?" Her dad asks with a trembling voice. He feels bad when he can't protect his youngest daughter.

"Dad, I'm okay. Healthy as horse as you can see. I'm really okay daddy, I love you." She knows her dad will worry about her, she's always his daddy's girl.

"Can you come back home?" Her mom asks with hope in her eyes. The questions make Matteo looks at her mother with murderous eyes. Her instinct makes Leora sit straight and warily eyeing him in the corner. She can feel the dread from his strong gaze.

"I can't come home now. But I promise Mom I'll come home soon. He needs me, Mom. I promise him I will be on his side. I can't break my promises, can I? You guys aren't teaching me like that." She pleads with them and tries to explain that everything will be okay.

"Is he threatening you?" Her mom whispers with worry trying to find out her daughter's situation. The reasonable fact that her daughter wants to stay with the evil man is he threatening her kind-hearted daughter.

"No Mom, you know I won't stay here if I don't want to. I'll try to escape even if he is threatening me." She says while chuckling lightly. She is just trying to tell jokes to cheer up the situation, but her parents don't like the jokes while the man is still glaring at her back.

"I'm just trying to lighten up the situation you know." She says and pouts.

"Well since you guys already know I'm okay. Can I end this call, my tummy is grumbling and needs its food?" She says and in the cue, her stomach grumbles quite loud.

"Okay, I'll believe you're okay. Just call me if you need us or are in danger okay? I don't care about the risks; I'll save you okay." Her dad says with concern and reluctance to end the call.

"I'll dad. Take care of the family while I'm gone okay? And try not to do anything stupid to save me. I love you guys. We will meet again." She says while smiling sweetly tries to reassure them.

When the call is closed her eyes start being misty and she starts crying. She misses her parents so much. Usually, her mother will cook and try to get her down to eat while she's reading her favorite novel or watching movies. Her mother will start screaming and dragging her and her brother to start dinner. She misses everyone in the family even his annoying brother and her perfect sister.

"Let's go. You need to eat." He says and opens the door waiting for her to get out.

She still hiccupping from the crying and wipes out her tears. She doesn't feel hungry anymore since she misses her mother's cooking. She keeps staying in her position and tries to calm herself.

"You need to eat. Out now." He says sternly. He doesn't like her to cry like that but he doesn't know how to console her. He has never been consoled and doesn't understand the sad feelings. It's been a long time since he's crying like that.

"Okay." She says still hiccupping and walks slowly to him.

He closed the door and walked slowly behind her. He doesn't like how she walks so slowly and drags her feet, but he'll be patient since she already crying and he feels bad about it. He'll try anything for her as long as she'll be by his side forever. That's all he asks, and nothing will take her from him, not anyone, not her parents, not herself even her God. He will keep her by himself alone like a beautiful caged bird.
