After arriving at the hospital, Leora and Matteo split up and do their own business. Leora help her friends to pack up and get ready to leave the hospital. They insist to go home and not receiving any medical treatment, even when Matteo gives his permission for them to stay and reacupate longer.
"You look glowing." Comment Eudith to Leora as they packing up Eudith clothes from hotel when they stayed up a view days ago before the accident happens.
"Thanks." Leora reply with a burning face.
"You must have do the deeds with the Capo." Ray says bragging into Eudith room.
"Shut up!" Leora shrieks in embarrassment.
"Well I'm just stating the fact." He shrugs his shoulder and throw himself at the sofa.
"Is it really okay for us to stay at the Don mansion?" Eudith says while looking outside where some of Matteo men standing in front of the room.
"Well it'll be more convenient, and Taylor already moves from her flat to the mansion since we got home from Russia." Leora says and pat the suitcase when she finished up packing.
"Ray, you better behave in there. I won't take responsibility on you if you behave recklessly." Leora threatens him, knowing that his reckless behaviour will bring him some trouble sooner or later.
"I'm not a kid. I can take care myself." Ray says jumping out from the couche and bring the suitcase out of the room.
"Well he is a troublemaker for sure. We just need to keep an eye on him to not make some trouble with the Sicily Mafia." Comment Eudith when they stepping out from the room.
"Are you sure you want to participate in this? I mean it's okay for you to go back to your ordinary life, I can promise you and your family will be save." Leora says asking her for the hundred times today.
"Relax, I'm sure I'll be more useful here. Beside I always be your best partner. You can go outside without me, right?" Eudith says and hug Leora arms.
"Yeah. You always save me in dangerous situation. I hope everything is finished soon. I'm tired for all of this and want to retire and come back to my ordinary life. I really miss my family." Leora says smiling sadly at Eudith.
"I think if you ask the Don for bringing your family to meet you, I think he will do it." Eudith suggests.
"I wish I can meet them without getting them into some trouble. It's too dangerous to meet them in this situation. After all if the enemies know about this they will target them." Leora says sadly at her.
"It's better to take them into somewhere save. After all this is our government we are talking about. Having them as your enemy surely they can target any civilian as they like. So better take them here or somewhere save where neither the agency, our government, or american mafia can reach them." Eudith says after thinking deeply about this.
"You're so smart E. I will talk this to Matteo, I'll bring yours and Rey family too so they can't have any advantage by keeping our family." Leora says smiling so big after realizing how true Eudith words is.
"Well thank you. I really hope everything will turn out to be okay." Eudith says with a hopeful eye.
"It'll turn okay. You know I always believe this 'If it's not happy, it means it is not the ending'. You have to believe in happily ever after." Leora says and pats Eudith shoulder.
"You are right. I'm gonna think myself as a heroine in some story, after all we are gonna save lots of people here." Eudith smiles back.
"But the hardest part is we need to practice so that we can be strong and make sure that everything will go smoothly. Do you want to join my training? Matteo threatened me if I want to go join the fight I should train with him really hard. So I need you to accompany me, at least I'm not the only one who will be tortured by him." Leora pleads.
"No thank you. You know that your husband it's so scary. I can't bear to be in the same room as him. If he gonna train me to fight, I think I'll die from frighten even before the training begin." Eudith entire body is shivering because of her imagination of how scary Matteo is.
"Pleaasee.... Even when you work behind the desk it'll be more save to train your body and know how to fight. I know you can fight but it won't hurt you to train your body more." They arrive at the front hotel, where the cars are outside waiting for them.
"I'm sorry best friend but still no. I'm really scared of your husband. I'm gonna choose my instincts to avoid him all I can." Eudith says and runs to the car where Ray is behind the stir.
"Bye Leora be save. Enjoy your tortured seasons." Eudith says after told Rey to start driving.
"I really wish I can escape the torture." She sighs and get inside the car with her bodyguards.
"Señora, the Don tell me to send you to his office." The driver says.
"Okay, grazie." Leora says and continue to look at her phone.
After scrolling in her phone for a couple minutes, she chat Matteo to make sure it is really him that want to take her to his office. Call her paranoid but she really scared that the driver gonna kidnapped her. The war is getting on her skin, making her overthinking at everything. When she doesn't get answer from him, she call him in hurry with an anxious mind.
Matteo who is in the meeting pause the meeting after he got her calls.
"What's wrong?" He asks after stepping out from meeting room.
"Nothing, I just want to make sure you are the one who call me to your office." She asks in worry makes him realize how scared she is. The war is really make her worry and easily scared.
"It's okay, yeah it's me who asks you to come to the office. You don't need to worry, my men is very loyal to me so it's hard for them to be corrupted by the American." He says reassuring her.
"Why you call me to your office?" She wondering with the sudden change of plan.
"I will get to the mansion in a couple days so its hard for us to meet each other. So I think bringing you here and let you do whatever you need to do beside me." He says softly with a tender smile in his face.
"It's weird. It should have me who acts clingy towards you not the other way around." She teases him.
"Well I can act clingy as long as you like it." He says back with a smile.
"You are really becoming weird after getting married to me. By the way, my initial plan is to start making my bullets, but do you have laboratory or something like that for me to work on that?"
"I have, just come here and I'll bring everything you need."
"Cocky, what if I need something weird."
"I'll try to get it. I'm gonna go back to meeting, so I'm gonna need to end the call."
"Okay, bye." The call is ended with a smile in both of their face.
