"No. Just... No," I said, shaking my head.
"Why are you guys even here?" Mark asked.
"We decided to hang out, go get food to eat or something, but ended up here," Yihyun answered.
"You make it sound like you weren't planning to come here,"
"Serious. We weren't planning on it." JB sighed.

I shrugged and went to Wendy.

"Aren't those your friends? And your member?"
"Yeah," I nodded. "But she's the reason why I'm here, so I'm going to stay away for a while.."
"You didn't want this, either?"
"Nope. Mark was also forced here,"

She laughed.

"Seems like no one but Minhyuk oppa and Sohyun are actually willing to be here,"
"Who knows? Maybe they'll end up together in the end,"

She smiled at me.

"Sorry for being nosy, but are they dating?"
"Who? JB and Yihyun?"

She nodded.

"Honestly, I have no idea,"

Eventually, after a few hours, shooting ended. They told me and Mark we should go out and eat. I know what they're planning, but apparently, Mark didn't.

"What is this, you guys are going on a date and you're dragging us with you?"
"For one thing, it's not a date,"

And next thing you know we're in a cafe in Myeongdong, having JB lecture us about things he say we shouldn't be caring about.

For the past days, Youngjae had been fighting with himself and doing everything he could to forget about her. Was it working? Well... You could say it was...

He'd been spending a lot of time with Yerin and Jimin these days, and this was one of the times that he wasn't with them. So now, he was sitting on the floor, staring into space.

"Hey," Jackson sat down beside him, tapping his shoulder. "Busy with something?"
"Why bother asking when I'm not even doing anything?"

Youngjae stayed silent when Jackson shrugged and the other members filed inside, talking loudly.

"You okay, Jae?" Jinyoung asked.
"I'm fine,"
"You thinking again?"
"... Yeah."

No one asked him any more questions, but he did speak when BamBam asked a question.

"Where's Mark?"
"Shooting," he replied quietly. "It's for that show he's on with Aera and other seniors..."

Then no one spoke again for quite a while. Until JB came back.

"What is it this time, Youngjae? You said you were over her!"
"I never said that!" he protested.
"You were technically meaning it!"
"Just set them up on a date like you wanted to, will you? Stop reminding me about her!"

Complete silence.

Youngjae's outburst wasn't a surprise to them by now. It was the person he was saying them to. He had never, not once, shouted at JB. They were best friends, and he never got mad at his best friend.

"I'm just trying to help you-"
"Help," Youngjae scoffed. "How is telling me that, that I said I was over her when I never actually said so, helping?"
"Youngjae," Yugyeom put his hand on Youngjae's arm. "Calm down,"

Youngjae shot him a glare and shook him off.

"Go out on your date, Jaebum. I don't need you to help me,"

It's like the six were on two sides. Youngjae, Jackson and Yugyeom on one. Jinyoung, BamBam and JB on the other. The two were whispering things in JB's ear, whose hand was already clenched in a hand and was biting his lip.

Youngjae glared at the other, ignoring Yugyeom who was pleading with him to calm down and not get mad. Yugyeom hated it when Youngjae got mad. When he did, it meant he was seriously mad and no one should mess with him. His temper was short these days and no one wanted to provoke him.

"Go to her, then! You love her, don't you? If you love her so much to get mad at your best friend, then take her! Take her from Mark!"
"It's not like I can do that so easily right now!"
"God, you're a total idiot,"

Bad luck for the other four, JB had just as short a temper as Youngjae had.

During their shouting match, the door swung open and Yihyun, Aera and Mark came in. Their talking immediately faded seeing their situation.

"Don't," Mark held back the two girls. "You don't want to meddle in this,"
"You," Youngjae pointed at Aera. "Please tell me you hate me. Tell me you absolutely hate me, that you don't want me, that you don't need me, that you just want me to leave already,"

Jackson immediately felt bad for Aera. She wasn't even doing anything but she was being dragged into it

"Youngjae, don't-"
"Lee Aera," Youngjae interrupted, looking straight at her. "Say it,"
"I don't have to say it anymore. But since you asked, I'll repeat it. I don't need you. I don't want you. I don't love you."
"So it's really him, then? It's really Mark now?"

Mark looked at the girl, waiting for her answer.

"You got that,"

Mark hated the silence now. It just added to the tension he was feeling. And he had a bad one that Choi Youngjae was about to explode.

"You were lying, weren't you? When you said you hated him?"
"Mark-"
"I know you can never hate Youngjae,"

I let out a sigh.

Lying is pretty much useless when it's Mark...

"But he can't hate you, either,"
"He can,"
"You guys are in the same group. If he hated you, what would happen to my perfect GOT7?"
"Your perfect GOT7?"
"GOT7 is perfect, you know. With the friendship, teamwork, everything,"
"Should I be happy...?"

I took a deep breath and looked at the sky, leaning over the railing.

"Yah,"
"What?"
"Do you really choose me?"
"Destiny, Mark,"

I looked at him and saw that a smile was forming on his face.

"Since when did you believe in destiny?"
"Since Jin left,"

He shook his head, chuckling.

"Why are you laughing?"
"I just can't believe you actually believe in destiny now,"
"What's wrong with that?"
"Nothing. It just amuses me,"
"Then you're crazy,"

He knocked on my forehead.

"I am not crazy, you are,"

I made a face at him.

"But thanks, though,"
"Why...?"
"You chose me. Thank you,"

I lowered my head.

"I chose you because you're worth it,"
"What?"
"You're worth it. You don't give up. You fight for me. And you can make me do things no one else can. I can't stay mad at you for long. You're really... You're really worth it, Mark,"

He was silent.

"I love you. I really do. That's why I fight for you,"
"I know, and I'm thankful you do,"
