3 YEARS LATER

"Wait, what?"
"I'm serious."
"But... Youngjae? On We Got Married?"
"Look here, Aera, no one expected that! Would you rather it be Yugyeom or BamBam?"

Here's the things that happened over the past years.

BamBam went back home to Thailand last year and met up with Jin. When he came back, he said that they weren't a couple, but they were most likely going that way.

JB and Yihyun... Well... They stayed friends, though it wasn't a secret that they liked each other.

And now, Youngjae's going on We Got Married... Huge surprise for all of us. When we found out a GOT7 member was going to be on the other, we all thought it would be Jinyoung or Mark, or even Jackson. But it turned out to be Youngjae...

2PM members are in the army since last year, leaving Nickkhun, who went home to his family for the last few months that he was going to be alone. Miss A members have become more focused on their individual activities. Ah Yeon unnie had a comeback coming up, and so does 15&. Twice (6MIX with a slight change of lineup) and Day6 (5LIVE with an additional member) debuted already, much to the happiness of fans.

But I wonder what the fans are going to say about Youngjae being on We Got Married...

"Who's going to be his virtual wife, then?"
"I've been looking around on the Internet, and they say it's Red Velvet's Yeri,"

Hmm... Yeri...

"Do you think they'll be a good match?"
"I don't know," he shrugged. "I'm not good at that sort of thing,"
"Aera..." a voice said quietly from the door of the rooftop.

I turned around.

"Yooae," I smiled. "Are you done with practice already?"
"Yes," she nodded and closed the door. "Mark oppa,"

She bowed towards him, smiling shyly.

"Why are you still so shy, Yooae? It's been years since we first met," he smiled back. "Be comfortable around me, like Aera is,"
"Do you really need to mention me?"
"Pretty much,"

She laughed.

"You're debuting next week, right?" I asked.
"Ah... Yes..." she nodded.
"Good luck!" I smiled.
"Don't be nervous," Mark added. "Just do it like you practiced and don't lose your confidence,"
"I'm not debuting yet, there's still a week..."
"Better to wish you luck early," I shrugged.

"What on earth are you doing?" JB raised his eyebrows.
"I'm texting, what do you think I'm doing?" Yihyun said.
"Don't fight, guys," Jackson said in English. "Keep the silence,"

BamBam burst out laughing.

"Silence? You okay, Jackson?"

Jackson made a face at him.

"You were so quiet while chatting with Jin,"
"She was in class, okay?" he said defensively.
"Chatting while in class... I thought better of you, BamBam,"
"If she was the one in class, then why were you quiet, too?"
"Because I... She... Umm..."

Yugyeom looked up from his phone, turning it off.

"Spill it," he said, knowing something had happened between BamBam and Jin.
"I asked her to be my girlfriend," BamBam admitted. "For real, this time. I want to be serious,"
"And what did she say?"
"Yes, of course!"

Jackson still looked confused.

"I still don't understand why you were so quiet,"
"I was nervous..."

Yihyun looked at JB, who was expressionless.

"JB,"
"Yes?"
"BamBam already asked her and you still won't?"

He made a face at her and pecked her cheek.

"Does that give you an answer? You know I like you, but you know we can't date. You see Mark and Aera."

The other members were all silent. They never saw JB kiss Yihyun, not once...

And at that moment, Mark and Aera came in, talking and laughing with Mark's arm around her shoulder.

"What happened?" Mark asked.

Yugyeom was the first to come out of his shock on JB's actions. He pointed at JB and Yihyun, who were avoiding each other's eyes. Mark nodded, catching on. He told Aera what had happened and she smiled, not saying a word.

Mark looked around, looking at each of his members.

JB and Yihyun. They were sure to get together eventually. Him and Aera, no words needed. BamBam and Jin, they were getting alone fine on their own.

He wondered if one of them would eventually get caught, though he hoped that wouldn't happen. But he was seriously wondering on when he and Aera would actually be an official couple, a couple who wasn't scared of going public...
