"Have fun in Japan," JB smiled.

Yeah, we're going to Japan. Like GOT7 did last year, we were going to have a showcase in Japan. They promised us we would have fun, but it was our first time to have an overseas performance, of course we would be nervous.

"Send me a message when you get there," Mark told me.
"Oh right, you too, Yihyun! Message me when you arrive," JB said loudly.
"Shut it," Yihyun sighed. "You've been telling me that for days already,"

Mark tapped my shoulder.

"They're quite cute, aren't they?"
"Loud, yes," I nodded. "Cute? Well... In a way,"

He laughed and pointed towards the van.

"You should go. Don't want to miss your flight,"
"See you, then," I said.
"Bye," he raised his hand in farewell as I got in the van and took the window seat like always.

I waved at him as I shut the door. The van started to move and I took out my earphones, putting them in my ears.

"Yah," I heard Kangjun say to Yihyun.
"What?"
"What's with you and JB sunbae?"
"What about us?"

I looked out of the window so no one could see me smiling.

"Aren't you guys dating?"
"We're just friends."
"Oh really?"

Kangjun, don't push it... No one wants to see Yihyun mad...

"Seriously."
"Sure?"
"Im Kangjun,"
"I'm just curious! You're always with sunbae and you're really cheerful when you go back to the dorm after you hang out with him,"
"Does that immediately mean we're dating?"
"Well... Aera was like that before,"

Why did I get pulled into this? I'm keeping my silence right now...

"I think JB sunbae likes you, Yihyun," Min suddenly said.
"I'm not alone in thinking that?" JinSeok asked.

Of course not. I think it's already quite obvious that they like each other.

"So you do like JB?" Ayumi asked.
"If I don't answer that, you guys won't stop bothering me, right?"
"Pretty much, so just answer us now,"

She hesitated and let out a sigh before nodding.

"Fine. Yes! I admit! I like JB sunbae,"

And you can imagine what happened after she said that.

Youngjae was just lying on his back on the floor of the studio when the door suddenly opened. He quickly sat up.

"Hey. Are you going to practice? Should I just..."

Neither of the two girls answered him. Yooae just stood there with her head lowered and Hara had an expressionless face. He stood up and brushed off his clothes, heading to leave when Yugyeom and BamBam arrived, pushing him back inside.

"No, you're not going anywhere,"

He couldn't believe those two.

So he sat back down with them, watching their practice. He stayed silent, while Yugyeom and BamBam kept on commenting that they were so good and talented, which was the reason for Yooae losing her confidence.

"Yooae!" Hara sighed. "Seriously!"
"I'm sorry!"
"At this rate, Bam, I think you're going to have to leave," Yugyeom chuckled.
"Aww," BamBam pouted.

Youngjae looked at Yooae, who was looking away from BamBam with pink cheeks. Seems like Song Yooae had a crush on BamBam...

Well.... Every girl liked BamBam. That was no surprise anymore.

He got up silently and left the studio, heading out of the building and going back to their dorm. He went inside to see Jinyoung sitting down and staring at an empty space on the floor.

"Jinyoung,"
"Huh?"

Jinyoung blinked and looked at him.

"Oh, Youngjae. What is it?"
"What's up with you?"
"Nothing... Just thinking. Weren't you with the trainee girls at the studio?"
"Yeah, but I left them alone with Yugyeom and BamBam,"
"Oh,"

He sat down on the floor beside Jinyoung, sending JB a message on where he was and to buy him a cup of coffee if he was anywhere near a coffee shop.

Two hours later, BamBam and Yugyeom went back to the dorm, chatting loudly.

"... No! I mean, don't you think she's being too hard on her?" BamBam was saying.
"I know that, but what can we do, Bam? It's not our business,"
"Talking about Ji Hara?"

Youngjae couldn't help but butt in. The two stopped talking at once and Yugyeom hung his head.

"Don't you agree with me that she's a bit... Straightforward?"
"True," Youngjae nodded. "But when they're not practicing, she's quite nice,"
"How do you know that?"
"As you can see, BamBam, I'm always with them, practicing or not,"
"Why, though? Why are you always with them?"

Now that BamBam mentioned it, Youngjae realized that he had no reason for always watching them. He just liked it, seeing them practice.

"I don't know. I just like it. Hey, Gyeom, why are you so quiet?"
"What?"
"Oh, him? He likes her, that's why,"
"I do not!"
"There you go." BamBam smiled. "He talked,"
"You like her?" Youngjae asked, his eyebrows raised.
"No!"

"Do you trust me?"
"Hell no,"
"You're unbelievable," he sighed.

I laughed. I knew he was only pretending to be disappointed. He was always like this anyway.

"Yah," I poked his cheek.

He made a face at me and turned away, pouting.

"Eyy... You're too much. Stop it," I tapped his shoulder.
"You don't trust me,"
"Give me one reason why I have to,"
"I'm your boyfriend,"

I burst out laughing.

"Who made you my boyfriend?"
"Do you love me or not?"
"I...."
"Do you like me?"

I nodded slowly.

"Then I'm your boyfriend,"
"That doesn't even make sense,"
"Yes, it does,"
"And you still question why I don't trust you?"

He let out a deep breath and put his hands on my shoulders, leaning down to my height and looking straight in my eyes.

"Trust me on this one,"
"No,"
"Just do what I say,"
"No,"
"Are you for real, Aera?"
"Yeah, I am. What about you?"

He bit his lip and leaned closer, close enough that I could feel his breath on my lips.

"Crazy over you,"
"Nope, those things don't work, Mark,"

I smiled innocently as he leaned back, frowning at me. He looked at his watch.

"You should go back to your dorm. It's getting late,"
"Okay," I shrugged. "See you tomorrow,"

But of course, before he let me go, he did something. I wasn't expecting him to kiss me. Usually he just waved or hugged me but this time, he kissed me.

Seems like he's really serious on taking up the role of my boyfriend. And I'm not denying him that.
