The moonlight Gathering

Wolffang and his colony were the first ones to make it to the gathering. Riverdusk flicked her tail for us to go onto the moonlight island. Pike and I walked over to Darkspot and Spotteddream. "Where is Blackstripe?" I asked. Spotteddream looked over at us with tears in her eyes. "She died of Whitecough before Snowsight could even treat her." Spotteddream cried, Darkspot put her paw on her sisters back. "She was the best sister ever and she loved us with all her heart." Darkspot said. Lynxclaw and his colony arrived at the gathering. Finch and Goosefeather walked up to me and touched noses with me. "Goosefeather, how are you?" I asked. "I'm good and you?" Goosefeather asked. Darkspot looked at me. "Tigerstream, you know these cats?" Darkspot asked. "Yeah, he's my mate and she is my daughter." I said. "Oh okay, our father never allowed his daughters to have mates. Our days were filled with nonstop training."Spotteddream said. Goosefeather looked down at his daughters and motioned that they can go play. Cloudclaw and his colony were the last to make it to the gathering. Wolfstorm recently joined Marsh colony, I looked up at Wolffang. He had a worried look to him, his forgotten brother Wolfstorm was here. Ash is being trained secretly by Darkpath. "He knows Darkpath." I whispered to Goosefeather. "Darkpath is our father." Spotteddream said. "I did hear Ash and Sabor talking about harming Wolffang so he can't lead along with the dark forest cats." Darkspot said. "I will talk to Riverdusk about teaming up and fighting against them with Oak colony." I said. "Yeah, I will talk to Wolffang about it too, right sis?" Darkspot asked. "Yes of course." Spotteddream said to her sister. "Since every cat is here tonight let the gathering begin." Wolffang announced. All the cats of the four colonies looked up at the captains. "Riverdusk do you want to go first?" Wolffang asked. "Yes, River colony has four new claws, Pike, Hermit, Crab, and Perch. We suffered a lose today, our second Bircheyes died of a sudden case of Whitecough. So I picked Flametrail to be my next second. Lynxclaw do you want to go next?" Riverdusk announced. "Pike, Hermit, Crab, Perch, Flametrail." The colonies cheered. Lynxclaw nodded his head. "Oak colony is blessed with two new rangers sitting visal at the base tonight, Lurksong and Appleriver. We also have Finch at her first gathering. Wolffang do you go next?" Lynxclaw asked. "Yes, I would. Field colony has four new apprentices Ash, Sabor, Flower and Adder. We also faced a lose today, one of our strongest rangers Blackstripe died of Whitecough. Cloudclaw do you want to go next?" Wolffang asked. " Ash, Sabor, Flower, Adder." The colonies cheered. "Yes, I would. Marsh colony has one new apprentice Gorse. We lost one of our senior rangers Fleetpool." Cloudclaw announced in a raspy voice. "Gorse!" The colonies cheered. "And with that the gathering is over." Cloudclaw announced. We walked to camp and my daughter Pike went to the new claw den and I went to the rangers den.
