Eyeless Jack can't really see people. He can see their heat signatures, like a snake, but can't actually see them. Everyone has different color signatures so he can tell who is who easier.
Jeff is Red & White, BEN is Green, Masky is tan-ish Orange, Hoodie's light Yellow, Slender is White, Sin is Periwinkle (her hair color), Lauging Jack is Black & White, Toby is a Honey Brown color, Jane is Black & White, etc.
