(My brother has ADHD so I know more about what it looks like when someone has it)
Toby has ADHD. With this disorder he can't really sit still. He'll tap or hum without realizing he's doing it, just because he can't sit still and has to fidget with something.
He actually has fidget devices for when he really needs something to fidget with. Sin actually made a lot of them for him and have given them to him for Christmas & his birthday. He enjoys and really appreciates them.
The other pastas know of his ADHD and understand it, but they do get annoyed sometimes when he'll repeatedly tap at something or click his tongue repeatedly. Whether it's him doing it in patterns or just randomly.
