The forest changes constantly. The Creepypastas are always able to walk around without getting mixed up and turned around, but if it's a human that somehow managed to get themselves into the woods then they get confused, turned around, circling the same area multiple times, etc. This works in the Proxy's favor when hunting the people in the forest.
