Ghosts like BEN and Sally are numb to pain, mostly. They constantly feel a slight pain on the area the died, for Sally she has headaches and BEN has pain in his eyes and lungs.

Also all ghosts feel cold. A chill will run up their spines if someone passes through them. And most ghosts don't like winter, because it makes them even colder.

All ghosts that had an open wound when they died still bleed. The blood still drips. And when it falls it dissipates before hitting the ground. If it does hit the ground, it'll disappear in seconds. The blood also won't run down their body. It'll go a little bit, but that's all.
