~ Error's POV ~
I paced back and forth nervously, taking in deep breaths. My shaky gaze had made it's way to a closed door, before slowly calming myself down, brushing off the dust that had managed to get on my regal clothes, and smoothing it out a bit so I could look more presentable. Anyone could be watching by now. I straightened out my crown, nervous before seeing one of the healers come out of the medical room. I tried to get in, but they had stopped me, shaking my head. Fuck! He's gotten worse. Seemed I couldn't go in. Had his sickness got worse? Most likely. All of our best healers were trying their hardest and getting nowhere. No matter how hard they tried, Geno had only seemed to get worse. Why couldn't they do anything? What sickness did he even have? I leaned against the wall in distress, before hearing them say something from the other side of the walls.

"We can't save him." One said.

"Should we tell Prince Error?"

"Of course not.

..- If they weren't going to tell me. If they couldn't even save him when the one job they were useful for was FOR that- Then I'd just do it myself. I stormed off into my room, a servant coming by sometime soon after to make sure I was okay, and that if I had needed anything. I had shook my head, dismissing them. They nodded, before quickly leaving the room, closing the door from behind them. ..What do I do? I could run away. But what then? I didn't know a single thing about healing, how could I save him?

I blinked in realization- Oh! Right, there was I think someone I had heard of. Or well, read of. It was somewhere, I couldn't remember what. After some searching, I had found a book. I sighed in relief, brushing off all of the dust, and scanning over the name. It was a story that told of a wizard that could heal anything. Of course, people regarded it as just a fairytale, but what if? There was an illustration of said person- It was a skeleton, just like me, except his bones were white, like Geno's, and everyone else's. His eye lights were unique, one a star, and the other a simple circle, but both of the colors were different. His cheek had some sort of black stain, almost as if like ink. He wore a hood over his head, one of those people had used to cover and hide themselves in the fabric. It looked hand painted- Or well as hand painted an illustration could be. There were small strips of the color rainbow on it- Unique colors, almost. Not everyone would wear that many colors, or would be able to pull it off. Hm. He held something- A brush maybe? Sort of. It was a paintbrush. I remember someone telling me of it, though I've never seen it before. I flipped through a few of the pages, and some of it had spoke of the locations said wizard had visited. It was an old book though. Who knew if the wizard was alive? Or where the wizard would even be?

I took in a deep breath. It was either I tried, or Geno would die without me giving it a try. I packed up the things I'd need- In a pack, of sorts. It was more like one of those bookbags if anything that'd hang on the side of your shoulder. It was made by leather, and was mostly meant for books. It was good for holding things of course, and so that's what I did. I put some food and water, my crown, the book, and a few choices of weaponry, in case I'd need something to defend myself. I changed into what would be considered 'peasant' clothes- I'd need to blend in. I waited for it to turn into night time, before I opened up my window, stealthily slipping out. Thankfully, my powers- My ability to make blue strings come out of my hands, came in handy. I managed to get down and out of the castle safely- It was a bit of trouble trying to avoid all of the guards, but I managed to get to the front gate. But crap- It was closed- Of course it'd be closed. I steadied my breathing, holding my hands out as strings started to form- I shot them to the walls, slowly making a way for me to get up, I'd just have to hope no one would notice. I slowly made my way up to the top of the walls, getting rid of the strings after, before repeating and getting back down.

It was a long journey of walking for countless days, but I had been determined. I'd gotten through most of my supplies at this point. I was a bit low on water and food, and I was starting to lose hope. I doubt I was ever on the wizard's trail in the first place. But I'd need to stop somewhere and buy some more supplies- I was thankful I had brought some coins- Otherwise I'd probably run out in at least a few more days. I had stopped at the nearest village, exchanging some of my coins for food and so on, before I had noticed something. I quickly grabbed what the shopkeeper was about to give me, quickly thanking them before following over who I had seen- It was someone in a hood, covering their entire body. ..It almost looked like- The wizard!

I quickly followed after him, us soon having made our way from out of the village, and alone. "H-Hey!" I stuttered out, causing him to stop and tilt his head towards me. "U-Uhm-  Are you- ..The wizard? That one wizard that can heal absolutely everything?" I asked, before he had nodded. "Call me Ink." He said, giving me a soft smile as he pulled his hood down. "..Nice to meet you Ink. I'm-" I started, before he had cut me off. "Prince Error- Yes, I know. I've been expecting you!" I blinked, surprised, opening my mouth to ask how when he had once more, cut me off. "Well, if I hadn't been, did you really think I'd let you catch up to me? Worst case scenario was I'd make a big scene at the village from earlier, possibly framing you for a crime or something just so you'd leave me alone. Was that what you had wanted?" I quickly shook my head. "Ah, no- I'd rather not have to deal with trouble." I said. I was a bit exhausted after all, I hadn't really given myself much time to relax since I left. Who knew how much more time I had? He nodded, before speaking. "Thought so." Then he had somehow magically given me a cup of warm tea. He gestured towards a few large rocks nearby, and so I sat down on the ground, leaning my back against one as he did the same to another.

I held the warm cup in my hand, taking in slow breaths, basking in it's warmth a bit, before taking in a sip.Surprisingly, I had felt much more relaxed and energized. I glanced up at him. "Is it-?" I asked, before he had nodded. "It's a tea for relaxation, and such like that. I figured you must've been pretty hard on yourself on your journey here, so it was the best I could do." He explained, before letting me take a few more sips, and speaking again. "So. You're here because of your brother, yes?" He questioned- I seemed to have been starting to get used to him knowing everything, and I simply nodded. "I see. So your plan was to track me down, and get me to heal your brother of his sickness. But who said I'd comply? Did you just think I'd agree? Your reaction tells me you haven't planned that far. Did you even think about the fact that I could just disagree?" I hesitated, for a moment, freezing. ..If I had gone out here for no reason- Crap! Why hadn't I thought this through..-

I got knocked out of my thoughts when he sighed. "Fine. I'll do it. But you'll have to do something for me." He started, and I listened intently. He slowly stood up, brushing the dirt off of his clothes before speaking once more. "You'll have to catch me." And just like that, he vanished. I quickly stood up, placing the tea cup down somewhere as I scanned around me. How was I meant to find some all powerful wizard? I had heard footsteps from behind me all of a sudden- I turned around, suddenly getting shoved against the back of a tree. I closed my eyes on impact, slowly opening them after to see Ink. I couldn't help but feel my cheeks heat up softly. "Jeez, you're hopeless. I suppose I'll let you off the hook." He said. But he-   He was really, really close. One of his skeletal hands found it's way at my chin, slowly moving it up to look up at him better. "For now." He gently kissed the top of my forehead, and I mentally panicked and was probably a life-sized lamp at that point. "Well then, Princey. Let's go visit your brother. But I do hope you will repay me afterwards, it would be a shame if I helped you and you couldn't do anything for me." He spoke, letting go of my chin as he gently took hold of my hands, bringing me off of the tree, and cupping our hands together. And like that, he brought us back to the castle, in the blink of an eye.

---------------------------------------------------------------

It was after Ink had healed my brother. I was thankful, I just- How was I meant to repay him? I sighed, looking out the window, and at the beautiful night sky. There was a full moon out, and it looked wonderful. I was put into a state of relaxation as the warm air had seeped inside from the open window. It was nice, to say the least. All of a sudden, I had heard the voice of someone familiar. "Heya Princey." He spoke. I jumped, turning around in surprise. "I'm here for my payment." He continued as he walked closer towards me. I was nervous- I didn't have a payment for him, I was still thinking- I was pushed out of my thoughts as he pinned me against the wall, his unique eye lights hovering over me, it's colors glowing, and lighting up my dark bones, due to the dimly lit room. He leaned in, and I closed my eyes, his lips meeting mine. We kissed underneath the moonlight, our silhouettes shining of a new era.
