Mind Games [B.B]

Lenora POV 

"Alright Avengers let's head out" Tony says as we all follow him out to the jet. 

We were all heading out on a mission it wasn't till tomorrow but we had to get there early just in case. Bucky was coming with us as well when I asked him I didn't think he would want to but he agreed.

Since he remembered about the proposal his memories just won't stop coming back, he remembers our first date, he remembers when I moved in with him, he remembers the first time we told each other we loved each other.

It took us around two hours to get to where we needed to. Everyone had gotten off the jet and went and checked into the hotel but I stayed back with Bucky for a while.

"You sure your okay with being here" I ask 

"Lenora ill be fine I'm not going to be fighting anyway" He said.

"What I thought you was" I ask.

"Me Tony and  Steve had a chat and we all agreed it was best I stayed out of the fights for a while" He said.

"Good" I say smiling at him.

I grab my bags and head out of the jet with Bucky by my side, we enter the hotel and walk over to the reception desk.

"Hi, I booked two single rooms under the name Rose" I spoke to the reception lady. I didn't think it would be a good idea for me and Bucky to share a room just yet.

"Yeah I'm sorry but it seems that we only have one double room available" She spoke. Of course, this would happen.

I told the lady It was fine and got the keys from her. We headed up to our room. We were in room 42. I enter the room and turn on the lights I walked over to my bed and placed my bag down on it while Bucky sat down on his.

"You okay Lenora" Bucky says

"Yeah, I j- I get cut off by someone knocking on the door. I walk over and open it to see Natasha and Steve. 

"How did you know we were in this room" I ask as they walk in. 

"Were next door and we saw you both come in" Natasha says as she lies down on my bed.

"Anyways what are you doing in here" I ask lying beside her, the bed was actually pretty big to say it was a single.

"Well me and Steve were wondering if you both wanted to come out for a drink" She says.

"Sure why not" I say.

"Great now Steve take Bucky to our room and get ready there while we get ready here" Nat says. I watch as Bucky takes out some clothes of his case and walks out of the room with Steve by his side.

"Right let's make you look hot for Bucky" Nat says.

"What" I say laughing at her.

"Wait have you not kissed him or done anything with him since he started getting his memories back" She asks

"No" I say

"Have you even spoken to him about it" She asks.

"No" I reply 

I wanted to wait till It was right, I don't want to do anything like that until his memories are fully back and I'm sure he feels the exact same way. 

Bucky POV

"So how're things going with Lenora" Steve asks as he buttons his shirt up.

"Erm good" I say 

"Then what's the problem you seem so down" He asks sitting beside me. 

"I just don't want to disappoint her Steve, I'm trying so hard to remember things, and yeah there all coming back but I'm scared what if when everything does come back I won't like her. Because I know how much she loves me I hear her talking to Natasha about it and I just don't want to upset her" I confess  

"Look Buck don't stress about it you will like her, you two are literally soulmates I knew it from the first day the two of you both met" He tells me.

"Thank you Steve" I say.

"No problem, now let's go"

Lenora POV

"Nat can you help me zip up this dress," I say as I struggle to reach it.

"Of course" She says as she comes behind me and zips my dress up. 

"You look amazing Lenora" She says looking at me through the mirror.

"Thank you" I say before she leaves the room. I quickly grab my perfume and spray myself before leaving the bathroom.

I enter the main room to see Steve and Bucky stood with Nat, they all turn my way as I walk to them. 

"You ready to go then" Steve says I nod in response. Nat and Steve jopin hands and open the door while I walked with Bucky a bit behind.

"You look really beautiful Lenora" He says.

"Thank you Bucky, you look very handsome" I say, I could see him blushing.

We eventually made it to the bar, we all sat in a little booth at the back of the place so we could have a little privacy. 

"Right I'll go get the next round" Steve says as Nat follows.

I turn to Bucky to see him looking down at his lap.

"You okay" I ask.

"Yeah I just have a lot on my mind" He says looking at me.

"Do you want to talk about it" I ask 

"Yeah, but not now maybe when we get back to the compound" He says, I nod in response.
