It was now April. The days were getting warmer, and snow was melting. Throughout the winter, Edward and Carlisle had been becoming more protective over me which was honestly annoying.

"Hello loca," Jacob said next to me. "Jacob, stop scaring me like that," I whined and pouted, I noticed that he had cut his hair shorter than it was before. "Sorry," He said still smiling.

"Anyways I came here to ask you something, are you free today?" Jacob questioned. "Yeah I am, why?" "Ok so, I know that it's still very cold outside, but would you like to have a picnic with me?" "Oh yeah sure!" I replied happily.

Jacob bought me to a lovely meadow filled with blooming flowers. We sat down and took out the things from the basket, laid them on the blanket. For a while we were just quiet, enjoying the view.

"Y/n, you know I really like you..." Jacob paused and looked at my eyes. "I thought, if it doesn't work out it's okay, but do you want to be my girlfriend?" he asked. I was shocked like I am usually. "Yes. Yes!" I yelled with a wide smile. In a matter of seconds, Jacob picked up my little, petite, fragile, cute body and was running around the meadow with both of us laughing, full of happiness.

After we had calmed and sat down again I asked Jacob. "Wait have you heard about the new girl who moved here a month ago?" Jacob nodded as he ate his sandwich. "My dad is good friends with her dad, Charlie, so I have even met her already," I mouthed a little okay and began eating cutely my sandwich.

Later Jacob accompanied me to the front of the store."I will see you someday again loca," Jacob said and kissed me. I got flustered and blushed, as I walked home smiling to myself. 'Wait' I thought. 'Do others already know I'm dating him, they said to keep away from him'. I didn't want to go home, but they would probably start searching for me if I didn't, so I continued walking.

I thought where to wash so I don't smell like Jacob, or like Edward says "dogs". In the end, I decided to fuck it and not go anywhere, hoping that they were out of the house, hunting, or shopping. Once I got home it was dead silent, which I was obviously thankful for. I took a warm shower and fell asleep smiling from the events that happened.

I woke up still happy from the last night and got out of bed. I did my morning routine and went downstairs, Alice was laying on the couch. "Oh, hey y/n!" she said. "Morning" I answered quickly. "Where were you last night" she questioned. "In the woods, just chilling," I said trying not to panic, and took a bowl of cereal.

After I got the cereal I went back to my room and called Jacob. "Good morning y/n!" he said. "Morning Jacob," you said as quietly as you could. "Do you want to meet up?" he questioned. "Yeah, sure," I said. "I'm in the woods, I think you know the way here?" Jacob asked. "Mhm, I'll start coming then," I said and hung up. I got ready and sneaked out of the house.

As soon as I saw Jacob in the forest I ran. My fragile feet already hurting but for Jacob, I'd do anything. Jacob smiled and opened his arms. I hugged him tight and kissed him. "I missed you," I said quickly after we were done eating each other's face.

Jacob smiled but it faded soon. Jacob lowered his head next to my ear and whispered "Someone is spying on us, act natural" and I nodded. He set me down, took my hand, and walked towards the meadow. "The meadow is wide enough so they can't spy anymore" Jacob whispered again as he pulled me into another kiss.

"Y/n, now that we are dating I have to tell you something," "Um okay," I said nervously, anxiety slowly kicking in. "I can turn into a wolf," Jacob said slightly nervous. "Really?" I questioned surprised. "Yeah, so whenever I get angry I can turn into a wolf, also that's why my body heat is always warm and I can carry heavy things," he explained.
