The next day came quicker than I expected. I woke up at 5, knowing it will take time for me to get to the store. I chose some comfy and warm clothing and sneaked downstairs as quietly as I could. I put on my shoes once I made sure everyone was asleep. Then I opened the door and ran.

Once I made it to the store I saw Jacob waiting already for me. "Hello loca," Jacob said as he hugged me tightly. "Hello" I replied sleepily. "I know it's early, but would you like to go on a walk?" "Only if you carry me though," I said grinning. Jacob chuckled and I jumped on his back.

"So where do you live?" Jacob asked curiously. "Well um, in the edge of the forest actually, with the Cullens," I said and quickly asked him back before he could get mad "Where do you live?" "Actually in the middle of the forest with my friends and family," he said smiling. "Want to meet them?" he questioned. "Sure!" I squeaked. He started running, pretty fast for a human and I gripped him even tighter not to fall. "Don't worry, I wouldn't drop you" he smiled.

We made it to a cute wood house where there were other boys, similar to Jacob, and an older guy in a wheelchair. "Hey guys, this is Y/n!" Jacob pointed at me. The others looked at me with smiling faces and greeted me. It was a very comforting atmosphere.

Throughout the day I had lots of fun. Jacob introduced me to everyone we saw. I met two, very kind women, who told me everything about Jacob's family and his childhood and how he was as a child. The day went by fast due to me having so much fun with them and soon it was evening.

As it got darker, we all gathered around the campfire. Everyone was telling so interesting stories I didn't notice that Jacob had slowly taken his hand into mine, but his hand was warm and more human-like than the Cullen's. "Jacob, I have to go it's getting late," I quietly said to him. "Oh yes, let's get going then," he said. I said goodbye to everyone and we were walking on the way back.

After a lot of insisting Jacob and I stood in front of the store again. "It was nice spending time with you," he said looking directly into my eyes. "I had fun too," I said while smiling. Jacob pecked my forehead and asked again "Are you sure that I don't accompany you to the house?" "Yes, I'm very sure" Jacob nodded a little worried.

"I'll see you around then!" He said smiling and then he disappeared into the woods. I sighed and smiled to myself. I ran back home as quickly as I could since it was soon midnight and I was sure Alice or Esme were worried sick.

I opened the front door and could feel everyone's eyes on me which made me tremble a little. "You smell like dogs," Edward said like an angry boy. I looked at him with a mad stare and poked my tongue out. "I told you not to meet them," Carlisle said also mad.

"I know, but hanging out with them is so fun," I responded to them and took off my converse. "You are never leaving the house if we catch you hanging out with them again," Edward spat and left the room, Carlisle also stood up and disappeared into one of the rooms.

"Don't worry y/n that protectiveness will go over soon," Alice comforted me and placed and hugged me. Over her shoulder, I could see Esme and Rosalie talking about something with worried faces. They looked at me for a second and continued their talk.

I went to my room, took a quick shower, and changed into my sleepwear. I stayed up for a long time thinking whether I should run away or stay here. In the end, I chose to stay because I had no other place to go and I didn't want to bother Jacob.

I woke up at 2 am, because I was hungry. I quietly stepped into the kitchen and looked in the fridge. When I saw what was in there I couldn't believe my eyes.
