I laid down in my room, trying to sleep but couldn't. Hearing everything wasn't so good after all. I went downstairs, to the living room to get a book, until I heard Edward talk about Bella and so I took the book and joined the Cullens in the kitchen.
"Oh hello y/n, you arrived at the right time," Edward said and continued. "I'm going to propose to Bella soon," Edward said while smiling. "Ooh, I'm guessing in the next week right?" I asked looking at him and he nodded in response. "Good luck," I said and left back to my room.
The next week, Edward was very nervous and me and Alice planned to go and stalk him. We both knew which day it was since Edward was extra clumsy and left in the evening to somewhere which he usually doesn't. Alice and I decided to run after him, not to cause any suspicion. He picked Bella up at 7 and drove to a restaurant
They were driving and we were following him in, as we were running in the woods, we saw him turn into a restaurant and he went in with Bella. "Hope he does something romantic to her" Alice said. "Let's hope," I said smiling a little.
"Hey, it's not that late, maybe let's go shopping?" she questioned excitedly. "Oh yeah, why not" I answered back and we ran to the house. We went to Alice's car and we were off. "Oh Y/n, are you on better terms with Jacob?" she questioned. "Oh yes, we made up actually," I said smiling. "Okay, that's good," she said back and we made it to the shopping center.
We went to different shops, Alice pressuring me to buy, all the things I liked. We finished, our hands full of shopping bags, but it wasn't any struggle to carry them. You put the bags in the car and started driving to the house and maybe see how Edward and Bella are going.
By the time we got back home, Edward was already there, very happy. "You seem happy," I said after I put away my things. "Yeah, she said yes," Edward said smiling wide. "That's great!" Alice said and hugged him. Emmett came running from upstairs and hugged Edward. "Good job bro," Emmett said after he was done. Esme and Carlisle came downstairs too. "Congratulations!"
Esme said and also hugged Edward. "Wait, but why isn't she here right now?" I asked suspiciously. "I drove her back home so she could tell the news to his father," Edward explained. "Oh okay," I said and nodded.
"When is the wedding?" Rosalie asked suddenly making me jump as she looked at Edward. "We haven't talked about it yet, in the summer though," Edward said. I nodded and went back to my room to put away the clothes.
It was the day before Edward's and Bella's wedding and you all were preparing the decorations and stuff. Alice of course came up with the look, cake, and outfits for the wedding, you and Rosalie were currently putting lights on the trees.
It was 6 pm and you all had to pick her up to take her to the bachelorette party. You had all put on matching dresses and Alice drove us to Bella's house. We went out of the car and waited for Bella, the boys were waiting for Edward.
Edward jumped out of the window and they ran away. Alice went into the house to give Bella the matching dress. Bella was finally out of the house and then around the corner, a party bus came. "Oh my, a party bus?" she questioned laughing. "This was Alice's idea of course," I said
We went inside the party bus, WAP was playing in the background. It was lighted with different colored lights and we sat down. Alice opened a bottle of champagne and served it to Bella because we drink blood🤩.
Soon we were in front of a club and we walked in. There weren't a lot of people which was perfect as we could dance freely without bumping into anyone. Surprisingly even Bella let loose and enjoyed herself for an evening. We left soon though because it was getting late.
The wedding day came quicker than I thought and soon Bella was at our place. Alice quickly rushed to her room, where the dresses and a table full of makeup was. "What did I say about beauty sleep," Alice asked a little mad while she applied the foundation on Bella. "Sorry, I had a bad dream," Bella replied.
I was bored sitting on the couch so I got up and stood next to Bella. "Can I help? I feel kinda useless sitting there," I said and looked at how Alice worked around Bella. Alice thought a little and was about to say something. "I could do her hair," I added and looked at Alice, she smiled. "Go ahead!" Alice said.
As I was thinking about a hairstyle I heard someone call Bella's name. "I'm here mom," Bella responded and soon I saw Reneé walk in the room. "Oh my gosh, you're so beautiful," She said gasping. "Crap my mascara," Reneé added wiping her eyes as Alice whipped out a napkin.
"Thanks," Reneé said drying her eyes. "Charlie, get in here!" Reneé yelled and Charlie walked in."You sure?" Charlie asked walking slowly. "I don't wanna..." he continued but quieted when he saw Bella.
Bella looked at him shocked and happy. "I know, I look hot," (dilf 😍) Charlie said jokingly as I began laughing with Alice quietly. "We thought you need something blue," Reneé said. "And something old," Charlie added and opened a box, inside there was a beautiful comb.
"It was grandma Swan's," Charlie said as Bella stretched out her hand to take it. "But we added the sapphires," Reneé said quickly and waited for Bella's reaction. "Wow, thank you so much," Bella said and gave the comb to me.
I tried not to look that way just not to catch Reneé's attention. "And is that, oh my god, y/n!" She said and hugged me. "My second favorite child!" Reneé added as I hugged her back. "I haven't seen you in such a long time, where did you go?" She asked. "It's a long story, I can tell you later," I replied. "Oh yes, of course," She said calming down a bit.
"This the first heirloom of our family," Reneé said again as I put the comb in the bun I had made in the meantime. "And this will pass on from you to your daughter and her daughter," Reneé said starting to cry again.
Bella was about to hug her but Alice stopped her. "No smudging my masterpiece," She said and held Bella back. "She's right," Reneé said sighing. "Thank you," Bella said once again, reaching behind to touch the comb. "Alright, time for the dress!" Alice said happily as we all gasped and Reneé clapped her hands.
