The next moment, I was falling. In a brief second, I prepared myself, and then I was engulfed by the water. Everything went calm as I slowly sank lower and lower into the sea. I got dizzier and dizzier until I felt a pair of arms around me, pulling me towards the surface.
3rd person pov
Jacob witnessed everything, from the start to finish. As soon as y/n jumped Jacob followed, the waves were big and carried y/n's body far from the cliff. The water was soggy and finding y/n was hard as it took time for Jacob to find her.
Jacob wrapped his hands around y/n and pulled her towards the surface. Y/n started coughing as Jacob dragged her body on the sand. "Y/n, please, stay with me, please" He pleaded while trying to do CPR. Before picking y/n up, Jacob made sure that she was breathing and then started running to the forest.
Jacob never thought that he could run so fast, nor with a human in his hands. He ran through the forest thinking where to go, and due to the panic Jacob had, he chose for his family even though he knew Carlisle would help y/n better.
As soon as he arrived, everyone came out. Billy first and Seth close after him. "Why did you bring her here? You know we can't help her," Billy asked. "I know but I'm scared of the Cullens," Jacob explained. "She jumped off the cliff," He added and Billy's face saddened.
"I'm no doctor but I'm very sure it's just a little concussion," Billy stopped for a bit. "Bring her to the Cullens before she wakes up," Billy added and went back in. Jacob looked at Seth who eyed y/n "Dangit she was my favorite" Seth mumbled and followed Billy inside as Jacob walked towards the Cullens' house.
This time Jacob didn't run, he walked there, holding her fragile body in his arms. "I'm so sorry y/n, so sorry," Jacob said looking at her face, which read no emotion, Jacob felt a tear flow down his face as he continued looking at y/n.
When Jacob finally made it, the door opened and he felt y/n lifted from his arms. He got a glimpse of Carlisle and Esme bringing her inside the house somewhere before he suddenly felt two arms around his throat.
"What did you do to her?" Emmet asked the maddest he has ever been. "Maybe let me go off first and then I could explain," Jacob said with anger while grabbing Emmett's arms. Emmett let go of Jacob with the help of Alice and Jasper.
"It should be a good explanation then," Carlisle said appearing from the house, glaring at me. "I was about to come and apologize for everything when I saw the letter on the counter," Jacob motioned with his head towards the kitchen.
"I decided to follow her and saw y/n jumping down from the cliff, I, of course, jumped right after her but the waves carried her far from the cliff and she quickly sank deep, I thought I wouldn't get her, but I did," Jacob said while looking back at them.
"At first in panic, I bought her to my dad but he told me to bring her here," Jacob continued. "We'll take care of her, you can go now," Carlisle said looking at Jacob, as he sighed and left.
When Jacob turned away, he felt extremely angry. 'How could I have ever done this to her, she was the best thing that could have been and I acted like she was nothing to me' Jacob thought to himself as he got angrier and punched a tree until he turned into a wolf, and ran back home.
