Audrey asked pharian if Zed had contacted him and he said no she felt angry had he still not found Skye?.

Zed had told pharian to tell no one about it he was enjoying the time he had with this little rose alone in that small room.

"Zed will have to return soon" she stated she had been doing all the work since Zed had gone it had been two days but behind the scenes it was actually pharian that was doing everything.

Pharian only nodded as she ranted on.

Zed was dressed and waiting for Skye to come out of the bathroom which she did and began wearing the clothes laid for her Zed came from behind her grabbing the ropes of her dress slightly teasing the skin on her back he pulled the ropes too tight that she couldn't breathe then knotted it.

"Zed it is too tight"she complained.

"It's perfect" he said brushing her hair and she looked him.

"Don't look at me like that" he warned and she looked elsewhere knowing what his warning meant.

Zed climbing unto his horse, Skye with him he rode towards the castle early in the morning while some people in the village talked about the missing man whom they did not know Zed used to have his fill.

When they arrived at the castle gates, they were stopped and went to inform the king. Skye was shocked she was the princess how dare they stop her noticing she hadn't seen such guards before.

The guard who went to inform the king let them in the king granting them permission.

As they walked in Zed whispered to Skye.

"No matter what happens you will stay with me and not act rash hmm?" He asked and she nodded Zed taking her hand they reached the throne room.

Royel laughed.

"King Zed Legge" Royel said smiling at them he addressed him as king cause he saw no point calling him Prince.

"Lord Icczy was right" Zed chuckled and Skye looked at the two confused not finding her father.

"Oh so you are the daughter of the late king of Gumstom" Royel laughed.

"What do you mean late and who are you!" Skye was getting angry.

"King it seems you have not informed your little wife who Gumstom's ruler is" Royel laughed.

"I'm sorry fair angel but your father is long gone and I'm now the king" Royel said and her eyes watered.

"And you will never get this throne" Royel Said in a warning tone.

"You killed him?" Legge asked and Skye looked at him.

"You knew?" Skye asked.

"No I didn't but I knew when he took over Gumstom" he said.

"Why didn't you tell me?" She was furious.

"You would act rash like you are about to do don't forget your promise a minute ago" Zed said and Skye glared at him pulling her hand away from his she began to walk away.

Royel laughed and Zed just left the room following Skye.

"Skye!" Zed called but she began to run following her he caught her and pressed her against a wall and she screamed as though he was killing her.

"Skye!" Zed warned and she began to cry he let her go and she slid to the floor catching her he pulled her to him and she cried more.

"I'm sorry I didn't know he would kill him" Zed apologized but Skye shook her head.

"Why did you let him after you know he had taken my father's throne?" She asked.

"Skye I'm telling you this a great war is coming one I might not be able to survive so I'm only planning" Zed said.

"What war?" She asked scared.

"When the time comes I will protect you the best I can" Zed said and from the sound of it, it was no ordinary war.

"Let's stay here for the night we'll leave in the morning" he told her and she nodded when they reached the house, he took her inside laying her down soon she fell asleep and the young girl knocked on the door.

Zed opened it and noticed the girl was crying.

"My fiancee is missing and no one knows a thing and I'm worried will you marry me if he is not found?" the girl said and Zed just laughed at her.

"What makes you think I'm not married? " he asked the girl.

"So there is indeed a girl in there" the girl gasped and Zed glared at her.
