Constantly moving around different tech companies because he's unable to be satisfied settling on one thing for too long. He comes so well recommended tho that its never a problem staying in work

Baljeet graduated EXTREMELY early and became a professor but by the time his friends are adults he already feels tired of that and like he can do more. When ferbs starts up his company he redirects his efforts there for a while as a high ranking employee. By the time ferb was pretty well set up baljeet realised he wanted to work at nasa and so. He did. Wasnt hard for him he's like a genius lol

Vanessa joined OWCA but like the canadian version. She lived in canada for a good 10 or so years, had a successful career, had a kid named fred with monty, before moving back to danville and getting a job at ferbs company. She also reunited with candace and the two got together, before getting married :)
