Frisk: taiwanese (natively, can speak it fluently but cant talk like an adult or communicate complex ideas in it due to having to losing access to someone to speak it with quite young. Also cant read much and can only write their deadname), english (fluently), wingdings (moderately well and learning. They cant physically speak it due to it being a monster language for monster vocal chords but they can read and write it and have a text to speech ap alphys put on their phone to 'speak' it), welsh (can understand exactly as much as chara due to their soul tether)

Conversationally fluent but only with simple conversations), japanese (EXTREME beginner in actual lessons + a lot of weeb stuff), froggit (well), monster language (fluently) (its just english in  diff writing system), taiwanese (can understand exactly as much as frisk due to their soul tether)

Toriel: old english (natively), middle english (fluently), modern english (fluently), latin (very well), froggit (quite well),

Napstablook: english (natively), snail (well), froggit (beginner (they wanted to talk to them but got nervous and never did))

Kris: english (natively), russian and urdu (for both conversationally fluent but obviously taught, not native. They were adopted as a baby, but toriel made them take lessons on both growing up so they'd be connected to their human cultures)
