Y/n's POV:

I woke up with a gasp as I started coughing. After coughing for a minute or so, I stood up and looked at my surroundings. "Mike?! Nancy?!" I shouted.

I breathed in the toxic air and cringed. I heard a growl from in front of me. I saw what looked like a... Demogorgon? But how? The creature came towards me which made me throw it back, using my powers.

The creature got up quickly and ran at me again which made me set it on fire. I held my hand up, using more strength, so I can burn it quicker. It shrieked in pain as I screamed loudly, feeling blood running down, slightly touching my top lip. The creature burned to a crisp and I fell to the ground, on my knees. I wiped the blood that was dripping, and wiped it on my shirt.

I got up once I had enough energy and strength. I don't even know where I am, but I know how I got here, I fell through a damn tree. I sighed and walked around for a bit. I saw that I was near Wills house which made me smile sadly. I miss Will. I really do miss him a lot. I walked around the side of the Byers' house, and walked into the woods, towards 'Castle Byers.'

I opened the curtain and walked inside, having to bend down a bit. I saw a shivering boy inside which made me gasp in surprise... Will? Oh my gosh! "Will!" I shouted in happiness as I sat down beside him. He didn't respond, he looked like he wanted to say something. I realized and used my powers to warn him up. Once I noticed he was not shivering I stopped using my powers. "Y-Y/n?" Will asked as he sat up.

"Yeah. It's me." I said with a sad smile as tears filled my eyes. We both chuckled as tears ran down our cheeks. "God, Will, what happened to you?" I asked as I wiped some of the goo off of his vest. "I don't really know. I was biking home from your house and I saw a creature. I fell off my bike and ran inside. I called for my mom and Jonathan but no one answered! I called my moms work number, nothing. I ran outside to my shed and got a gun, putting bullets in it. The last thing I know, I turned around and the light in the shed grew very bright, and now I'm here." Will explained.

I looked at him sadly and nodded. "What about you? How did you end up in here?" Will asked. "I was out with Mike, Dustin, and Lucas, looking for you. I heard growling behind me, and I walked towards a tree with a glowing red light. I touched it, obviously confused, and then I fell in." I said. Will nodded and looked down. "But how?" Will asked as he looked up and met my eyes. "How what?" I asked.

"How did you warm me up? This place is cold, very cold, I just don't know how you did that." Will said. "Oh, right..." I trailed off. I told Will everything. About my powers, how I got kidnapped at a very young age but my mom was able to take me back, and why I would always cry in Kindergarten. "Whoa." Will said when I finished. "Yeah." I said.

"So, that's why you would always cry in Kindergarten. I always thought it was because of Troy bullying you." Will said. "Well, yeah, also that, but mainly because I couldn't control my powers." I said. Will nodded and we met eyes, again. We heard a growling outside which made us snap out of our thoughts. "Lets go." I said, grabbing Wills hand. I stood up and we quietly ran through the woods.

"Where do you wanna go?" I asked. "Uh... your house?" Will asked. I nodded and ran to my house. I walked inside, with Will. For some reason I felt a familiar presence. I walked downstairs and saw nothing but a fort. Wait. A fort? That's new. I walked outside and Will followed. I smiled when I saw a glowing red light in a tree. I ran towards it. I put my hand through it and smiled.

"Maybe this is a way out." I said. "Yeah!" Will excitedly said. I lifted my hand as it lit on fire, of course it doesn't hurt, but it used to. I put my hand out towards whatever it was in the tree. It was slowly starting to vanish which made me focus harder as my nose bled. "Y/n, don't overwork yourself." Will said as he put a hand on my shoulder. I sighed and put my hand down. The thing in the tree was gone which made me touch the tree.

"Where do you think it went?" I asked. "What?" Will asked. "The exit, that was an exit." I said as I turned around to face him. "Oh... I really hope it's close to here. I wanna leave this place." Will said. "I hope so too." I said which made us both smile. "I promise we'll make it out of this horrible place." Will said. I brought Will into a hug. "Let's go back inside your house? So we can both sleep." Will said. I nodded and Will grabbed my hand as we went inside.
