Y/n's POV:

Me and Will were just lying down, shivering. We had both woken up a few hours ago from the terrible coldness this place had. I felt a familiar presence which made me sit up. Will just lied down. Suddenly El, my best friend from the lab, opened the curtain and stepped inside. I wrapped El in a hug, still shocked that she was here. "You're— you're alive." I said. "I'm alive. You're alive." El said as we both pulled away with smiles.

"Will. Y/n." El said as she kneeled down, next to Will. Will was still asleep, he looked almost dead which made my eyes tear up. I blinked away my tears. "Your mom... she's coming for you both." El said. "Hurry." Will weakly said. I held Wills hand. "Just... just hold on a little longer." El said. "We will." I said. "Will. Y/n." El said. Suddenly El started to vanish which made me try to grab her. "No, no! El! El!" I shouted as I started to cry.

"If I go there will be trouble. And if I stay it will be double. So, come on and let me know should I stay or should I go now?" Will weakly sang which made me cry harder. All of a sudden the Demogorgon growled loudly as its footsteps were very loud. Will sat up quickly. Will grabbed onto me, making sure I didn't get hurt. There was no sound for a little bit until the Demogorgon growled loudly and Castle Byers was destroyed. Me and Will stood up and started to run away.

"I can't— can't go that far." I said from lack of sleep and the pain in my leg. "It's okay... we'll just stay here—" Will said but got cut off as the monster grabbed him. I gasped and lifted my hand up weakly as a small flame came out of it. I threw it at the Demogorgon but it didn't even react. The Demogorgon shoved something in Wills mouth. "Will!" I shouted. The Demogorgon grabbed me. I didn't have time to do anything as the disgusting creature shoved the snake like thing in my mouth. I cringed as it went down my throat. I tried to scream but nothing came out as I passed out.
