Y/n's POV:

Me and Will sat in the police station for awhile, hands in hands. "So, do you wanna walk around?" Will asked. "Sure." I said. Will nodded and jumped off the desk. I stood up, getting off the chair, and followed Will. Will put his hand out which made me grab it. "I just feel safer if you hold my hand." Will said as he blushed. I smiled and kissed his cheek. "It makes me feel safe too." I said. Will smiled back.

"Do you wanna go to the school? And go on the swings, or something?" Will asked. "Sure." I said. We walked all the way over to the school. We walked over to the playground and sat on the swings.

I remembered when I fell off one of the swings and Will helped me walk to the nurses office. I smiled at the memory. We swayed back and forth for a little, conversing with each other.

"You know, Lucas and Dustin have had crushes on you as well." Will said. I chuckled as I looked at him. "Really?" I asked. Will nodded with a chuckle.

We stopped laughing when we heard an all too familiar growl. We got off the swings quickly. Will grabbed my hand, to try and run away.

"No, Will. It's the one that's been following us around this whole time, just let me kill it." I said. Will nodded and let go of my hand. I put my hand out and burned the Demogorgon. The monster shriek and went all over the place, but I kept it in place and killed it. When the Demogorgon was melted on the ground, I wiped the blood off from under my nose, and put my hand down. I turned towards Will who had a shocked expression.

"That was badass!" Will exclaimed as he brought me into a hug. "Thanks, Will." I said with a smile. I can't keep using my powers like this, or else I'll get weak, and we really won't survive this awful place. "Let's go to my house, to get some rest." I said. Will nodded and this time, I grabbed his soft hand. We walked way back over to my house. We each took turns sleeping, so we could get our energy back.

"We need to go to my house, right now!" Will shouted as he stood up and grabbed my hand. "Okay." I said. We ran all the way to Wills house. "Why did we need to go here?" I asked. "Hold on." Will said as he started to pound on the wall. "Mom?" Will asked. "Will?" I heard Joyce say which made me gasp. "Mom? Mom... please." Will whimpered. "Hello? Mom?" Will asked as he tightened the grip on my hand. Suddenly I saw Joyce rip down the wallpaper, I could see her through whatever the red glass like stuff is.

"Oh, God. Will! Y/n!" Joyce shouted. I sighed, relieved that she saw both me and Will. "Mom!" Will shouted. "Joyce!" I shouted. "Oh, thank God." Joyce said. "Mom... mom, it's coming!" Will shouted as we both heard a loud growl from behind us. "Tell me where you are! How do I get to you?" Joyce frantically asked. "It's like home, but it's so dark... it's so dark and empty. And it's cold! Mom? Mom!" Will shouted.

"Listen to me! I swear I'm gonna get to you guys, okay? But right now, I need you both to hide." Joyce said. "Mom, please!" Will shouted. "No, no, listen! I..." Joyce trailed off as the growling got louder. "I will find you both, but you have to run now! Run! Run!" Joyce shouted as the monster started shrieking. Me and Will both ran away but I tripped on a snake like thing and face planted.

"Y/n!" Will shouted as the thing wrapped itself around my legs. I whimpered in pain as Will grabbed onto my arms, trying to pull me out of its grip. "Will! Run, I'll get to you, just run!" I shouted. "I can't leave you! I won't leave you!" Will shouted. "Will, please! Please, run! I promise you, I will find you, just run and hide!" I shouted. Will tried to protest but I slipped out of his grip and lifted my hand up to burn the thing off of me.

I screamed to strengthen it. My nose started to bleed. The thing snarled and wrapped itself around my legs, tighter. I raised my other hand, now using both of my hands, to get it off of me. I screamed louder and closed my eyes in pain as the thing let go and died. I sighed and wiped the sweat off of my forehead as I looked up and saw a taller Demogorgon, taller than all of the other Demogorgons.

I stood up and breathed in and out as I threw the monster back with my mind. The monster stood up after a couple of seconds which made me raise my other hand up and burst the thing into pieces. The Demogorgon shrieked as it exploded. Some of its guts got on me which made me cringe in disgust. I felt my ears ringing in pain which made me fall to the ground. I held my head in pain as I sobbed. Then blackness surrounded me as I passed out.
