MEETING HIS MOM

We woke up with our limbs tangled and gave a warm smile to each other. Last night was wonderful from the perfect movie night to a nice surprise followed by some awesome sex. I have everything I need in my life.

Today we were going to meet his mom. We were supposed to leave early morning but because of a late night we decided to leave after having breakfast. I also had to talk to Calvin about the money issue this weekend because I've to pay it on Monday itself. I've never liked asking for favours in my life but Calvin is my partner and I feel like I can share this with him.

I had taken a shower first while Calvin was making coffee for us and while he was in the shower, I prepared a light breakfast for us. We had breakfast together and I asked Calvin's opinion on what I should wear today. I didn't want to cast a bad first impression on his mom.

" It doesn't matter. You look beautiful in every piece of clothing and don't you worry my mom will adore you, even more than me. She has always wanted a daughter but got me instead. Plus, I've never introduced a girl to her so she already knows you're special. "

" Yeah but still I want to make a good first impression and I want her to like me for me. I think I've a few dresses that might be appropriate for the occasion but we'll have to swing by my house to get them."

" Okay whatever you want. Let's finish eating and then we can leave for your house. "

" Okay. I'll call Emma and ask her to find a dress for me. It'll save us time. "

" Okay you do that while I pack an overnight bag for us. "

We finished our food and started getting ready to leave. Calvin dressed in a casual tshirt and blue jeans and packed an overnight bag for us. I called Emma and she had an idea about what I could wear. She was thinking that a tea dress would be perfect for today and I agreed with her. I owned a beautiful floral dress that would be perfect and it was comfy for the ride also. Then I checked our luggage in case Calvin missed anything.

After reaching my apartment I immediately changed while Emma and Calvin chatted in the living room. Emma helped me with the hair and makeup and kept it natural. After saying our goodbyes we were on our way to his mom's house. I started talking to avoid getting nervous and distract myself.

" Last night was magical. Thank you so much Calvin for everything. "

" Don't mention it. You deserved every bit."

" Talking about last night, you said that you wanted to talk about something important on the call. We didn't get a chance. So what is it? "

" Uhh... actually I've been meaning to ask you something. "

I was hesitant to ask him but there was no other way.

" Ask away. "
