After he said that I tried to block him from my mind but it was to hard I eventually started crying my self to sleep

When I woke up I had a pillow and a blanked on me I didn't know how but I was thankful for it

When I got up and stretched my legs I noticed that the doors where opened but no one was to be seen

I started walking over to Jamie in hopes that she would have some food all ready cooked up

But on my way there I walked passed the north gate and I noticed something dangling from the ivy

I pointed at it and called out to her but she just shrugged her shoulders

I started to get a shiver do I started sprinting towards it and as I got closer I saw that it was a person hanging there

I started sprinting fast and when I got to the foot of the wall I looked up only to see the horror of seeing

He was dangling there with a piece of ivy wrapped around his ankle

"JAMIE QUICKLY GET HELP, FIND A LADDER OR SOMETHING!"

Jamie wasted no time waking everybody up

Julie called for me, Josie and some other gladers to follow her to an old building and grab some equipment

"Hurry!" I yelled at everybody and they ran faster

Once we arrived at the building Julie grabbed some equipment and shoved it in everybody's face "go go go go go" she called out I was next to grab the equipment but Julie grabbed my arm and said

"You still love him don't you" I shook her arm off "I don't want to see someone die"

I gave up on getting the stuff and helped the others carry it

By the time i got there no one was doing anything and just standing there looking at him

"What are you all waiting for" I called out

"Someone needs to go in the maze and club up the ivy and cut him down for us to catch" someone said

I saw that no one was going up there so I decided to do it myself

I started climbing up and in a few short seconds I was up the too an everybody had set up

"Ok Charlotte get out your hand knife and cut the ivy off his leg and he will drop onto the mat' Julie called out

"Ok" I responded "ONE" "TWO" "THREE" I cut the rope and watched as newt fell and landed safely into the mat

I signed with relief and watched as they took him to the med jacks and I climbed down to the bottom and started following the med jacks

But someone grabbed my arm Andy turned around to be held into a hug I squeezed them back and we started whispering to eachother whilst hugging "hey he's gonna be ok, I believe in him" I knew it was Josie by the sound of her voice
I couldnt help myself I started crying "Julie was right, I do love him even though what he did was terrible" I said

"Hey there's something you don't know" she said whistle getting out of the hug "what" I quickly said wiping a tear from my eye

"When I told you to go hide in the forest I stopped newt from following you and he had explained eveything to me, sienna made him kiss her if she would keep something of his a secret and he had to he had no choice"

"I want to see him" I demanded "later okey he needs rest and you need food" Josie responded I nodded and followed her to breakfast

Everything seamed normal until I saw Rachel running out if the maze and over to where we where eating

She ran up to Julie and started talking to her about something then they both looked over at me then got back to there conversation

They came over to where I was standing and whispered in my ear "I need to go back into the maze ill be back keep Josie occupied" then she left without saying another word

I looked over at Josie who smiled back at me then continued to eat her food I walked over to her to try and distract her because Julie sounded very serious and I didn't want to break Josie's heart so I went along with the plan

But deep down I knew that something wasnt right
