When I walked in I burst into tears because there was something around his ankle and I though his leg might be broken forever
I rushed over to him and sat in the chair beside him and held his hand
I kissed the top of his hand and said "please come back newt I need you, I love you"
Nothing happened
I think I sat there the whole day staring at him looking for any signs of movement until Andy bursted into the room
"Charlotte Josie needs you, now!!" she sounded really upset and mad "ill take care if him" I nodded and sprinted out if the room and found Josie
"It's ok it's ok I'm here, what's wrong" I said quickly "its the doors there about to shut and Rachel's back and just told me that her and Julie went into the maze again and she's not back yet
"Hey hey hey I'm sure she's trying her hardest possible to get back" I said
She did a shaky nodd "any change on newt" she said "no stop that your upset I'm here for you" I grabbed her hand and dragged her over to there opening gates and we stood there waiting for Julie to come home
We waited for a while just waiting for any sign of her memories came back of the last time she never came back
But this time it was worse because Josie seamed even more worried, she started turning white I squeezed her hand to keep some blood flowing through her body
Then we heard that awful siren, most of the time I loved that sound it was showing us that we would be safe for another night
Josie turned her back to the opening and placed her head in my shoulders and wrapped her arms around herself and started crying "she's not going to make it back in time" I placed my hand on her head and neck and pulled her in for a hug
I didn't know what to do I watched as the doors started to close then they sealed shut and Josie took a deep breath in and just kept doing that
It was just the two of us just standing there at the foot of the wall in shock
