Isabella Kings has been nice to me for the past few weeks since I came back to LA even though I was rude to her before I went to Seattle. Her mother had asked for me to join dinner and some days some days prior to dinner, I found out about Ashton's betrayal and kid.

"Bella. Is that dinner thing still on? Maybe it's time for your mother to meet my son. She's always complaining about me being alone." I say as we walk from a nearby grocery shop.

"Really? Yeah. I'll tell her. She'll be so excited." She smiles and I give her a small smile. I have decided to go back to Seattle in a week since Ryan needs to catch up in school after almost two months and Jayden's mother had been deadly serious when she told me that she didn't want to see me again.

As for my unborn child, I'm 19 weeks long. I've stayed in the Kings' mansion since we found my son. Ryan had been silent for the first two weeks but he started opening up eventually making me let out a breath of relief. He had been silent and would cry at night when he thought I left the room. He's now almost as bubbly and active as he was before all this.

Ryan asks about Jayden a lot and confessed to be talking to him when we we're in Seattle. I had always wondered how he knew where I worked and my new phone number turns out it was Ryan all along. Something about him being my guardian angel.

"Hey ladies, I need to head out. An emergency at the office." Sydney announces when we get into their beautiful house. His wife walks to him and I leave letting them have their privacy. I put the liitle bag of milk that Bella allowed me to carry and go to my and Ryan's room to find him playing with Aiden, Isabella's son.

"Hey boys." I smile at them and I walk to the bed then remove my shoes as I groan. I didn't know I was this tired.

"Are you okay mum?" Ryan asks suddenly worried and I look at him in confusion before smiling.

"Yes baby. What's wrong?" I ask and suddenly Aiden says that his dad is calling him even though I know it's a lie.

"I just don't want you to leave me. I hate being away from you." Ryan says with a pout.

"Why would I leave you? I'm fine amd I'll never go anywhere without you." I say suddenly sad.

"Pinky promise?" He asks showing me his little finger and I cross it with mine and I kiss his forehead.

"Pinky promise." I reply.

"Can I touch my small siz" he asks looking at me. "Or bro" he adds innocently with a pout and I laugh lying on the bed as bring him closer to me then place his hand on my now large belly.

"So big." Ryan whispers in awe.

"You were bigger and I used to sing to you and your dad used to read to you every night." I say smiling at the memory. I had told Ryan about Ash and took him to the cemetery. That was when Ryan started talking and opening up.

"And who is this baby's daddy then?" Ryan asks innocently amd the smile on my face threatens to fall but I keep it.

"Guess." I say looking at him.

"I don't have to when I already know it's Jayden." Ryan laughs and I laugh too.

Please wake up Jayden.

One week later

Ryan and I have gone back to Seattle to continue with our lives. I drop Ryan at school and talk to his teacher Miss Jenner for about thirty minutes before I head off to Paul and Shawn's clothes shop.

"She's here guys." I hear a cheery Tom announce when I walk towards the door. Seems like Tina said yes. The last time I saw him, he was sad thinking his girlfriend was cheating on him.

"Aww, look at my favorite bitch walking with her pregnant ass." Shawn says trailing off as he sees me. I never told anyone about my condition.

"Woah!" Paul comes to me and stops looking at my belly surprised. "How long were you gone again?" He asks as his eyes are still on my stomach.

"I thought she went to get her lost son. Did you decide to keep him in there now? Oh the extremes of women these days." Tom says dramatically making me laugh as Shawn comes to hug me. I missed these people.

Soon, after catching up and eating a welcome back chocolate cake made by Shawn, I go to sit in my small office that looks cleaner than I left. I already have three dresses to design. Paul had written down the specifics in an order making things easier. I sharpen my pencil as suddenly my mind goes to Jayden's nephew, Leo when he would complain about how fake the pencil he had was. He had started growing on me for the one week I stayed with him.

I start drawing different designs of the first dress and suddenly I feel better and lighter. All the worries go away. I can't believe I stopped doing this. I was so passionate about clothes and even though I can't go back and start wearing the bright colored clothes I loved, I can still do it in my dull colored ones. It's who I am now and I accepted that a long time ago.

Two hours later, I start feeling hungry and I take out one of the vanilla yogurt packs that I had staked in my mini fridge here when I got in today morning. I take a spoonful of it and continue drawing my mind still buzzing with different designs.

"You look sadder than always. What's up?" I hear Shawn's voice on the door making me look up to find him standing in front of my desk. Jayden was right, I'm losing my sensitivity touch. I'd always feel when someone was close to me.

"I'm fine. Just trying to get the best design out of this. Anna Camaro is too specific." I say trying to smile.

"Nope. It's not that. There's this sadness someone has that screams 'help. I need a friend.' " Shawn says making me laugh.

"You know me, this is my face." I say and he raises an eyebrow. "I'm fine Shawn." I say with a smile to convince him but he looks at me with even more disbelief making me sigh. "I'll be fine." I say and he nods his eyes holding some sort of sympathy and I inwardly regret telling him anything. I don't need sympathy.

He tells me about his life and Paul's trial and error in the kitchen making me smile and eventually laugh. These guys have one crazy life.

"I need to finish this Shawn. I still don't understand why you wouldn't just send this to my email. I could have been done by now." I whine and Shawn smirks.

"We love your kid. You both needed the rest. So stop complaining and place those designs on my desk when you're done." He smirks and winks as he leaves. I continue with the last design of the first woman, Ms Camaro but when I'm almost done, my phone rings displaying an unknown number.

"Hello."

"Jada, it's Sarah. I think we might need you here." She says her voice shaky making me go silent.
