The Keeper of the Diamond 4 (Severus Snape, Lucius Malfoy & Zuko x reader)

Chapter eighteen

TW: Weapons and mentions of kidnapping

Y/N wakes up, groaning as her head hurts. What happened? The last thing she remembers is Azula attacking them.

Wait a minute, Azula's friends! One of them must have knocked her unconscious. Y/N sighs. Great, she has been kidnapped for the fourth time! Or is it the fifth?

She then realises that the only thing she sees is darkness. She's leaning against a metal wall. She stretches out her arms, except they don't get far before there's another metal wall. Did they put her in some sort of box? There's not a lot of space here.

She starts to panic when she realises that she doesn't have her shoulder bag. The diamonds! Great, now she can't free herself. She then sits down, defeated. She hopes that the others will find her. And she hopes everyone will be fine. She starts to quietly sob, worrying about the others.

Meanwhile in Ba Sing Se, the boys leave the weapon shop. They were only looking - the seller wasn't too keen on selling his weapons to teenagers. Draco huffs. Well, they don't need stupid Muggle weapons anyway - they got wands!

The girls then leave the book shop. Hermione is holding a big stack of books. Harry and Ron roll their eyes. Of course she bought a lot of books.

Momo then jumps up and down on Katara's shoulder. "What is it, Momo?" she questions the flying lemur. Momo then points at the sky. They all look up.

They then spot Appa as he lands in front of them. "Aang! You are back!" Katara exclaims, happy to see her friend.

Aang jumps down from Appa. "Yeah, and it all went well. I found the Lion Turtle. He showed me how I can remove a person's bending ability" he states. They all cheer at that.

"Let's beat the Fire Lord and take away his firebending!" Sokka declares.

Lucius, Snape and Zuko then catch up to them. They are all panting from running. "Um, did you guys run a marathon or something?" Laura asks them mockingly. Snape glares at her.

"If you really want to know... Then the Fire Princess attacked us... Only it was a trick to distract us... The Fire Nation has Y/N" Lucius says while still panting, trying to regain his breath. His expression then turns sad.

They all gasp at that. Y/N was kidnapped? Once again?!

"No! We have to save her!" Vera exclaims. Both her and Laura look really sad as they have tears in their eyes. Hermione puts her hands on the two girls' shoulders, reassuring them that they will get Y/N back.

Toph stomps her foot angrily on the ground. "Well, I have had enough of those stupid firebenders! No offence, Zuko. We must let Iroh know so he can gather the White Lotus. Let the war begin!" she declares while balling her hands into fists. Everybody nods in agreement.

"Harry and I will let him know" Ron says while both boys run towards the tea shop. Laura suddenly leaves too, for some reason.

Aang is scribbling something down on a parchment. He then hands it to Momo. "Momo, can you find Suki and give this to her? We will need her and the other Kyoshi fighters" Aang says to the flying lemur.

Momo nods eagerly as he grabs the parchment. He then flies off, away from Ba Sing Se.

After a while, Harry and Ron return. So does Laura. "Sorry, I just had to get my weapon" she says, grinning while giving her metal baseball bat a swing.

Vera sighs. She almost hoped that she had forgotten it.

The two Gryffindor boys then clear their throats. "Iroh has already left to gather the White Lotus. They will go directly to the Fire Nation" Harry says.

Nodding, Aang then jumps onto Appa's neck. "Come on! There should be just enough space for all of you on the saddle if you squeeze together" he states. Everybody nods as they go to sit on the saddle on Appa.

When everybody is onboard, Aang looks ahead. "Yip, yip, Appa!" he exclaims as Appa then starts to fly into the air.

The others have different reactions to their way of transportation. Sokka, Katara and Toph are obviously used to it.

Both Harry and Hermione are fine - they did after all ride on Buckbeak the Hippogriff in their third year, so this is nothing.

However, Ron looks a bit scared as he's holding onto the person closest to him - which is Draco who does not look amused. "Get your hands off me, Weasley!" he says as he slaps away Ron's hands.

Zuko holds onto the saddle tightly so he doesn't fall off.

Snape is having his usual unreadable expression while looking ahead of him.

Lucius looks annoyed as he has to be this close to the Gryffindor teenagers. Great.

Snape agrees with that, even though he doesn't really show it - that is until Harry accidentally elbows him which makes Snape growl dangerously low. "Watch your movements, Potter" he says through gritted teeth.

Harry looks at him. "Oops. Sorry, Professor Snape - I didn't see you there" the Gryffindor boy says. Snape glares at him.

After an almost unbearable journey for many of them, they finally arrive at the Fire Nation. They barely get to land before the Fire Nation soldiers throw fireballs at them. They all dodge in time as they each hit a few soldiers who all fall to the ground.

"Pfft, that was too easy" Draco says confidently. He doesn't notice a soldier slowly approaching him from behind.

Vera does, though. As she doesn't have a weapon, she takes the first thing she can get her hands on - one of Hermione's books. The soldier is hit hard in his face. He immediately falls to the ground.

Draco quickly turns around, shocked. Hermione looks shocked, too. "Vera, my book!" she exclaims.

Vera laughs at that. "Well, I can either defend myself with your book - or just die" she says, joking.

Hermione sighs. "You are right, I guess I can just use Reparo. Just... Please, do not lose the book" she pleads. Vera nods, reassuring her that she will still have her book when this is all over.

They all then run towards the palace. As more soldiers are about to attack, they are stopped by some girls. The Kyoshi fighters.

"Suki! You are here!" Sokka exclaims, happy.

The girl laughs. "Of course. Momo came with Aang's message telling us that you all needed help with defeating the Fire Lord" Suki says, smiling at Sokka.

Suddenly, more people approach. The White Lotus. "Good to see that you all are okay. The Kyoshi fighters and the White Lotus will distract the soldiers. While we do that, you will enter the palace, save the Keeper of the Diamond and stop my brother once and for all" Iroh states.

Nodding, they all get to work. While the soldiers are distracted, the others enter the palace.

"Well, we should probably divide us into teams. That way, we will find Y/N faster. We will meet here afterwards" Katara suggests. They all nod at that.

Lucius, Snape, Zuko, Laura, Vera, Sokka and Toph go to the left with Momo on Sokka's shoulder.

Katara, Hermione, Ron, Harry Draco and Aang go to the right with Appa.

Both groups walk for a while.
