"b-but... we're meant to be"

"No. we're. not. Your stupid eyes change color so what? That doesn't make me feel connected to you"

"W-wait... I-"

"Please leave and kindly never come back" the guy said as he put his hand on Felix's back as he push him out

"Wait! Wait! Sir-"

"Ahh stop it with the sir shit, just say Hyunjin"

"Ok... Hyunjin...I came here because I really need a job-"

"Well you ain't getting any here" Hyunjin said with his hand in his pocket staring daggers at Felix

"Why?"

"I'm not working with my wannabe soulmate, so leave"

Felix felt like crying and screaming, he waited for his soulmate..no Hyunjin to come in his life but now he's saying they're not soulmate. Felix had his head down being to afraid to look up thinking he might break down looking at Hyunjin's eyes "I'm sorry you feel this way about me but I'm desperate right now, I really need this job, please please help" Felix voice sounded like it could of broke at anytime

Hyunjin groaned "Agh I hate people like you!" He shouted as he walked back to this seat but Felix followed him "what u mean people like me?" Felix asked feeling offended by the statement

"U know, the ones that find out their soulmate is some famous rich guy and then they start chasing after them for money and fame" Hyunjin said rolling his eyes

"Y-yah! I'm not like that"

"That's what they all say 😒"

"No I'm being honest, I need the money because I need to pay the rent for my apartment" Felix said tears threatening to escape but he held it in

"Ok then I'll give you the money and then you stay away from me"

"Like I said I'm not a charity case"

"Oh plea-" suddenly they heard a knock at the door, Hyunjin glared at Felix as he said come in

"Hyunjin did you- oh Felix you're still here?" Chan said as he came in "wasn't the interview over a couple minutes ago?" Chan came closer and his eyes widened when he looked at his best friend

"Yah don't say anything!" Hyunjin yelled seeing Chan's reaction

"Oh Hyunjin, I'm sorry for that pers- OH JEEZ IT'S FELIX!" Chan said getting startled

"What? Why is this happening?" Felix said as he faced Chan "what you said just now...do he really not want his soulmate?"

"Uhh.. yeah..." Chan said feeling bad for Felix "he's been like this, he just doesn't want one his eyes chose"

"But.. that's the world we live in, where our eyes change colors for that special person" Felix said

Hyunjin hit his hand down on his desk "This world is already fucked up! Why should I let it decide who I want to be with!"

Felix felt like his world was crumbling down, am I this unlucky? Do the world hate me that much?

"Felix, I'm sorry.. he's been like this ever since I met him so please don't take it personal" Chan sigh as he looked at Hyunjin "he's going to work with you if you like it or not"

"Tsk~ I'm not going to work with him"

"Hyunjin!"

"No forget it" Felix said with a bit of sadness in his voice "thanks for helping Channie" he said showing a fake smile

"Fel-" Felix turned and bowed at Hyunjin and left

He ran home, he ran as fast as he could, he had no one to stop him. As he got home he immediately threw everything on the floor and went into his room and cried for god knows how long

Jeongin came the other day to talk to him but Felix didn't say anything he didn't even smile

"I'm worried about him!"

"Calm down baby, I'm convincing Hyunjin to hire him" Chan said taking a slip of his coffee while Jeongin played with the cake in front of him "come on eat"

"I can't! it's been two days and Felix haven't spoken a word to me" Jeongin pouted "u don't understand, ever since he was little he always wondered who is soulmate gonna be, he always makes up fantasy of how they might meet"

"That's the opposite of Hyunjin, he never thought about his soulmate and when he does he gets pissed off"

"Why!?"

"He never told me but let's not worry about that, I'm getting Felix the job I promise"

"Thanks baby"
