Lying across my bed, I tried and tried to concentrate on my texts books but my mind simply could not focus enough to learn, as I scanned the pages nothing stuck. Luckily, just as I had wished for, something rung aloud, saving me from my books, my phone vibrated on the bed beside me, but as I read the caller ID, I couldn't believe the name I saw.

As I read his name, my lips still parted in question just as my eyebrows cinched together, "Stiles" was at the top of my phone. I immediately sat up, momentarily thinking on whether to answer or not, but I chose to answer as I thought he would only ever call me now if there was a dire situation where I was desperately needed. I wish it wasn't like that, but facing reality, it is what it is. Even though I didn't want to answer as I knew he was on the other end, I couldn't not pick up because the guilt if something ever did happen that I could have prevented, would be overwhelming.

So I answered.

There was a short silence before I heard his voice on the other end of the phone.

" Sienna are you there?" His tone was low and his voice was harsh, but there did seem to be urgency behind his rushed words.

" Yes, what's wrong Stiles?" I tried to match the way he spoke but it felt wrong to say his name so casually in my sentence, even though it came out naturally, it still felt like I shouldn't have said it, it suggested we were friends, but now it was apparent that we weren't.

By now I had sat up on the end of my bed and listened carefully to each word he said as my hand held the phone tightly against my ear, I could tell something was wrong.

" Scott said he needed me to call you. I don't know why, but he said you need to go to his now, he lost his phone. Are you able to get there soon?" Every word sounded short but none-the-less I could still tell it was important, I knew that he didn't want to speak to me, but he respected Scott enough to do what was asked. Scott was my friend to, so I had to do it, even if I knew Stiles would be there as well.

" Yes, my mums not home so I'll walk, I'll leave now. I'll be there in 20 minutes. Okay." I went to hang up the phone and had already started reaching for my shoes but Stiles spoke up just before I ended it.

" Just wait at yours, I'm already in my car. I'll get you. I don't know what Scott needs, but I don't think he wants to be waiting around for 20 minutes for you to get there. I'm 5 minutes away, be ready to get in." And as he finished speaking, he hung up the phone without even waiting for me to reply.

Rolling my eyes, I now had to wait for Stiles to come to my house so he could get me. I refused to focus on the fact I was going to be stuck in the car with Stiles and instead I tried to think about what was so important that Scott needed me and Stiles to help him with. I already had my shoes on, my phone was nearly fully charged and my jacket was in my hand as I headed downstairs to wait for the blue Jeep's horn to honk outside. I couldn't help but get increasing worried about Scott, I tried calling him several times despite what Stiles said, I still hoped he would answer. But as expected, he didn't.

Only 3 minutes later, I heard the familiar sound of the car screeching to a hault and the sound of a car horn, my door was quickly shut behind me as I quickly walked down the gravelly driveway towards the blue car. I took a deep breath in before sliding into the back seat, I decided that was a better choice than sitting directly beside him.

Neither of us spoke a word to eachother as we drove towards the werewolf's house however I did notice the few glances he spared in the rear view mirror to look at me. I could tell we were only a street away as I'd grown more familiar with his neighbourhood, and before I knew it, we were already parking up outside his house.
