Ok so now that season one is out of the way, we're moving on to season two.
(Y/N) started as a regular guy with nothing to live for. When he dies and gets the power of the dovah, the power gets to him and he gets a but full of himself.
But when you think about it having a perfect main character is both unrealistic and uncreative. Without flaws, nothing is interesting about a character.
People crush over the characters from Konosuba. Even though we have a chibi underage teen, a crazy masochist, a useless goddess, and a pervy not a very great adventurer.
I wanted someone that would fit in with the bunch. Having someone perfect simply doesn't work in their party. I had to make a different type of main character that fits with Konosuba.
So I went for a nice but kind of full of himself character, with a good attitude and anger issues. He bosses people around but I personally find him likable. He's not perfect but that's the point. No one is perfect.
