Y/N's Perspective
Scarstu Debris Field, Zurkie's Gastropub & Battleplex
Wednesday, 18/08/32

The ship was quiet as we flew towards Zurkie's, an awkward silence in the confined air of the cabin. I looked back at Clank, who was in concerned thought about something. Rivet must have noticed Clank too, because she spoke.

Rivet sighed and turned to Clank for a second. "What's on your mind?" She asked, Clank remaining silent, but blinking his green optics warily at her. "Come on, let's hear it."

"I am--" Clank began, looking from me to Rivet. "feeling a bit responsible for all of this." He admitted, looking down. "Perhaps it is because of me that the dimensions are falling apart, that Y/N, Ratchet and I are lost..."

"Oh. Yeah. Well-" Rivet began, scratching the back of her head awkwardly. "hey, your communicator's about to get fixed, so that's-- something." Rivet stopped, realising her attempt to cheer him up was failing.

"We'll find Ratchet, and we'll fix this mess." I said reassuringly, turning around and smiling at Clank as we pulled into a free parking space.

"Alright, let's go. We gotta find Zurkie inside." Rivet said, opening the cockpit and hopping out.

"Who do you wanna tag with?" I asked, looking back at Clank.

"I might tag with you, Rivet's tail gets in my face when she's running." Clank said as I picked him up, putting him on the magnet on my back.

We walked towards a building on the remainder of a planet, which I assumed was Zurkie's, since it was the only building around, plus there was loud music and lights emitting from it. "So, this is, uh, Zurkie's Gastropub and Battleplex." Rivet said, leading us towards the building. "If there's anywhere in the universe we'll find a part to fix you up, it's here."

"I hope you are right..." Clank said, a hint of worry in his voice. "The destruction of the Dimensionator seems to have caused a sort of... dimensional cataclysm... If I can not find Ratchet..."

"Don't worry, Clank. We'll get you fixed-up. Promise." I said as we walked, and I spotted an all-too familiar bot in the distance, halfway up the ramp to Zurkie's. "Hey, Rivet- look up there." I pointed to Mrs Zurkon, who saw us and waved.

Rivet smiled and a soft, but noticeable blush appeared on her cheeks. "Maybe she's got something new in stock for us!" She suggested, walking up the ramp. I followed, looking out into space. If it weren't for all the people and the loud music and large lights, this would be quite a nice, peaceful and somewhat romantic place to go.

"Rivet, Y/N!" Mrs Zurkon exclaimed as we walked up to her. I smiled and raised my left hand, quietly showing off the prosthetic limb. "Ooh, did Rivet here give you another gift~?" She asked, leaning in and looking at us.

A blush covered both our faces and we quickly glanced at each other, noticing we were both blushing. "Have you got anything new for us?" I asked after a moment, looking at Mrs Zurkon again, Rivet very quiet.

"Oh, of course I do, sweetheart!" She exclaimed, pulling out a weapon called 'The Lightning Rod'. "This is the Lightning Rod, a pistol that fires electric projectiles at enemies, which will shock both them and their entourage!" Mrs Zurkon winked, knowing I got the word-play joke.

"And how much is it, exactly?" I asked, looking at the weapon.

"8000 bolts!" Mrs Zurkon chimed, and I gasped. "That's a lotta bolts..." I said, opening a small panel on my arm, a screen visible. I swiped right on it and it showed the total number of Bolts I had collected. 11,000.

"I'll take it." I said and Mrs Zurkon nodded, taking the 8000 bolts from my account before adding the gun to our arsenal, Rivet looking up at me, surprised.
