I wake up for the first actual day at college. I remember that I have library first then I get to skip a period. I don't know what I will do so...
In library I sat down ignoring everyone around me. I pull out a novel from one of my favourites authors and start reading. I feel the chair next to me pull out and someone sit next to me. I didn't look up, it's probably some girl who thinks they have a chance or something. I then feel a chin on my shoulder and a pair of eyes scanning my book. I quickly close it embarrassed at my chose of book when I see jacob. I smile at him warmly as he still relaxes on my shoulder.
"Are you comfy there?" I giggle rifling his hair.
"Yes! Your very warm." He then grabs my hand and puts the other on my forehead. "Jesus!!" Your like 100 degrees"
I laugh holding his hand still. Maybe today wont be as bad as I thought. Library didn't really work out how I expected it too. We just laughed the entire time.
"Jacob..."
"Yeah?" He replied looking deeply into my eyes concerningly
"Wanna go to lunch?"
His face drops out off relief nods grabbing mine and his bag. He runs off my bag still in his hand.
"HEY!" I shout running down the corridor. We both collapse into a heap outside a different classroom. He starts laughing after catching his breath.
I saw my face in the reflection on the window. I was bright red. He then throws my bag at me still laughing.
"Your so fragile and tiny" he says in a baby voice. I hit him on the arm and sit there with my bottom lip stuck out. "Come on tiny one." He lifts me up on his
back. "I'm hungry!"
