Athea's Mystery

"Rishter?" We all shouted.

"Yes. That's my name. Now, if you could fetch me for her" he glared at Cedric. He shrinked himself in his gaze and left.

"Sir, we thought people from Spy squad are not supposed to talk to students?" Kristoff asked politely.

"I am not in Spy Squad, not anymore. I am here for some personal work." He responded.

Athea came followed by Cedric who was angry. Rishter gestured Athea to follow him and she left with him.

We all looked at Cedric who took out his anger on us, "She won't tell me anything. I am her brother, still she won't"

"Is that the same guy we were talking about?" I asked, "the one who could see future?"

"Yes, Ellie.... Guys, Come on, let's follow him"

"No, we don't" Kristiana said, while Eric said, "but why?"

"I don't even know the guy. My sister won't tell me anything. So, it's in my hands. You can choose to come with me or not" he said moving out.

We all looked at each other and then followed him. At the lobby, Cedric blocked us from moving further. From inside the room, we can hear them talking but we couldn't get the words they were talking. We sighed in defeat.

"Guys" I said. "Everyone hold my hands"

"Are you frightened?" Cedric asked. I gave a glare and everyone held on to me.
I froze time

"Wow" Kristiana said touching the fish in the lobby's tank that stood frozen in the water.

"This is really cool" Eric said looking at the fire vent that was flickering stood like a picture.

"Guys, I can't stand much longer.....this is making me so tired" I said and Kristiana came and held my hand.

Kristoff and Cedric who were gaping at people who stood frozen, guided as to the room.

We hid ourselves in the cupboard and I unfroze the time.

I weakened and fell to my side. Kristiana supported me on her shoulders and Eric held my hand.

"Sir, is this dangerous?"

"It could be" Rishter was saying, "I need some of your blood sample. The Empire Scientists will research and let you know. It will be appreciated if you could skip class for a week and rest in the Medical Room. I will have a talk with Mr. Herbertor."

"Should I tell anyone?"

"No" Rishter said, "No one can know about this. This will create chaos."

"Okay, Sir"

"Any knowledge of the source?"

"I don't know, sir" She said her voice breaking.

"It's okay" Rishter said patting her head. A sudden wave swept him and he told in a crisp voice, "A Truffle holds the key to your cure, The Anti- Truffle hold the key to the solution"

"What, sir?"

"My power...I can talk in riddles about your future."

His phone beeped.

"That's my cue to leave" He said and left.

Athea went out sighing.

"Go on" the Instructor said handing us a pen.

I sighed and sat down with Kristiana.

"We deserve it" Kristiana said, "Detention on the first day of school? What was I thinking?" She screamed.

When we were sneaking out of the room after overhearing the conversation, Radcliffe's head Mrs. Renesme caught us sneaking out. She asked us what we were doing in the lobby. We lied and she put us in detention.

I was snapped out of my thoughts when Kristiana screamed again.

"It's not that bad" Kristoff soothed her, "We just have to separate the blood packs into the respective groups"

"No talking" the instructor said sternly.

Eric and Cedric who were deep in thought continued to be so.

"Cedric is worried about his sister.....it's understandable. What's up with Eric?" Kristiana whispered.

"Well, maybe he's thinking about Rishter's riddle, you know, Eric actually bumped into him while leaving the school" I said.

"Yeah...he said something like 'You are the part of the three, inside you have hidden thee'" Kristoff whispered and continued, "What is he talking about?"

"Well, he said it really weird for Athea too. I think there is something they are hiding from us. I hope it's not serious. I just wish she recovers soon. But why go to Rishter? He's not a human doctor or Empire doctor?" I said

"Hooray! We are back! Our second home, Detention room!" Someone yelled and stepped inside. He was accompanied by his triplet brothers. They looked shocked when they saw Kristoff and Kristiana. Then they had a hearty laughter.

"Wow. We didn't expect Mr. and Ms. Stuart to end up here"

"What did you do?" Kristiana asked annoyed. "Let me rephrase that, what you didn't do?"

"Thanks for the concern, Sister" One of them said and turned to the other two, "I always thought Ben would turn us in. Never gave Daphne a thought"

"Yeah...and it was a simple matter, we just burned down her cloak" the other said.

"Her student council cloak" the third one corrected.

The Instructor came to us and thumped the boys on the back. He smiled and said, "Oh...My favourite Stuart triplets......What have my boys been up to?"

"We just burned our bead's cloaks. Then, we did a really big thing. We are going to be in trouble for that tomorrow. It will let us be in detention for weeks, but it's worth it" one of them said.

"What are you planning?" Kristiana asked sternly.

"You will see, little sis"

"Sister?" The instructor asked

"Those two are our siblings" they said pointing to Kristoff and Kristiana.

"Kids, keep the pen down. We can sort the work by magic."

"Are you sure, sir? You were stern with us before" I said.

"Friends of the triplets is friend of mine"

"Thank you Mr. Instructor" I s.aid smiling

"Call me Jones"

The Instructor then added in a friendly tone, "So, Boys! I get to see you again tomorrow"

"You see us every day. We get into detention every day" one of the triplets said.
