"This cannot happen. I failed." Mr. Herbertor said.

"Everyone cross the boundary" Dare said.

"I told to stop" Mr. Herbertor shouted.

His eyes glowed green. The plants around the area moved and spiraled its way across Dare's wrist. It took him by surprise. He loosened his grip on Ed, who threw him a punch in his face the next moment he got freed.

The vines lifted Dare up the air. Dare gave a disgusted look and took Kristiana by her shoulders. He then morphed his nails to grow bigger. He wound them around her neck and pressed. She got the impressions on her neck.

"It won't take any longer to press them as hard as I can" He threatened.

Mr. Herbertor let out his powers and became depressed.

"Leave her. You can have me"

"I have a deal" Dare said.

"What?" He asked.

"I will let you all pass but I have a demand. I need Ellie's life."

"Why Ellie?"

"One: I wanted to avenge her for my sister, second: She's a shadow, which is more disgraceful than humans"

"I accept" I said.

"Sir, you told me you won't bait her" Ethan said.

"Don't do it, Ellie" Kristiana said.

The Stuart triplets looked very angry. I have decided. I froze time. To my surprise, everyone was frozen except me and Dare.

"Why haven't you froze?" I asked scared up to my bones.

He cut through the veins, landing neatly in front of me. Kristiana fell through the side.

"Where's Natalie?" I asked when he didn't respond.

I moved back. I was frightened. I just wished someone was with me.

He took a fur and threw it on the floor. It was my pet, Wulfric. Wulfric is immune to my power. When he had him, it must mean, he had been immune to my power.

I was scared up to the core. I hid myself in Ethan's frozen back.

"I don't have time to play with you, Ellie. Come here, I will make sure I kill you without any pain"

I aimed a frozen icicle at him. He dodged it. I did again and again. He didn't seem to care at all.

"Where's Eric?" I shouted.

He didn't answer.

"If you are going to kill me, I want to know them before I do" I shouted.

"Eric, oh please, he's so pathetic. I and Croci offered him such benefits for joining us, but he refused, telling he's loyal to his friends."

"What did you do to him?" I asked tears coming from my eyes.

"I didn't. Croci did"

I cried. I was broken, inside and out. No one touches my friends. "and Natalie?"

"Who's that girl even? Why are you asking me about her? Who's she?"

I screamed and made a huge snow storm from my fingers. The force of it made Dare topple over. I aimed an icicle at him. It hit him on the same spot where Croci got hit. He lost his balance and fell down. I saw the blood coming from his neck. It sickened me out.

"It's for Eric" I shouted over his lifeless body and unfroze the time. I wasn't weakened this time. When I felt broken, I could control my powers. I didn't want to find it like that, not by losing Eric.

Mr. Herbertor understood what happened, seeing the scene before him.

"He's dead" Ethan said looking at Dare.

"What happened?" The Stuart triplets asked shaking me. My tears fell to the ground.

"Eric is not anymore?" Cedric asked, his voice breaking "I don't want to believe this"

"Me neither" Kristoff said, shoving his face down.

"Why are you all crying?" Someone asked.

I turned to see Eric standing with his messed up black hair and swollen green eyes.

"ERIC!!!" I shouted enveloping him in a giant hug. He was shocked but returned it. He wiped my tears.

"I was the reason, you are crying again?" He asked.

Kristiana jumped in for a hug and Kristoff gave him such a big hug. Cedric was smiling. He hugged him last.

"YOU STUPID!!!" Kristiana said, "Where were you?"

"Croci gave me sleeping powder. I just woke up now in the Sarsaparilla tunnel. When I came, I saw Mr. Herbertor preparing for my funeral. It was a good laugh"

"Not for us" Kristoff said, his arms crossed.

He winked at Kristoff and pulled a chair.

"What did I miss?" He asked.

"Where is Natalie then?" Eric asked.

"We don't know. Mr. Herbertor is searching for her." Kristiana said, her eyes sad.

"Dare didn't even know who she was. I wonder why Croci didn't tell him"

"If he didn't kidnap her, where's she?"

"When was the last time any of us saw her?"

"I don't remember, I was messing with time and I didn't know anything"

"I get it. I was messed up too. They were planning on morphing into me, Croci told she has plans for executing. I have a hunch now, what if it was for Natalie?"

"Oh my god!! We have to save her" Kristiana said.

"Mr.Herbertor is seaching for her" Cedric said, "You don't think she's...?

"She's not dead" i said, " i didn't mess up time for her to die again"

"There should be a way... if we rack up our brains" Kristoff said and I nodded.

 AUTHOR'S NOTE: Any hunch on what happened to Natalie?
