"Dad?!" I call through the compound. "Friday?"

"Yes, miss?"

"Have you seen my dad?"

"He has not made it in yet, miss." I just nod.

Over the last two years, a lot has happened. My dad and I are on good terms again. Family squabbles, am I right? At the end of one of thousands of parties my dad had thrown over the years, a robot tried to kill us. You see, my dad and Bruce were working to create a new artificial intelligence 'thing' that I stopped listening about. Well, that thing, Ultron, wound up creating a mind of it's own and created a legion or army to try to kill us.

We chased them to Sokovia where Ultron split the city, literally. Two young adults, Wanda and Pietro, joined forces with Ultron believing they were doing good. Wanda has magic powers and Pietro has super speed. In the end, they realized what was going on and tried to help. Sadly, Pietro didn't make it out alive, taking a chance to save Clint and a kid.

Here we are, two years later. Wanda has been training to control her powers. She has helped with small retrieval missions but hasn't been ready for more, though I think she may be going to part of the team to stop some of Hydra's men. I planned to go but I have a different mission planned for myself. Every month, I take a week away.

"Friday, when my dad arrives, let him know I'll be back in a week. I have a flight to catch."

"Yes, miss."

I start grabbing my bags to leave.

"You sure you don't want to go kick Hydra ass with us?" Nat asks.

"I'd love too, but I have plans."

"Where do you go every month? You have been doing this for the last 18 months."

"Me time. It's nice."

"Seriously?" She asks. I know she didn't buy it.

"I'll see ya next week. Don't need me." I walk out and head to the airport.

Four planes and countless hours later, I was landing at my final airport destination. I make my way through the small city streets to the apartment.

"Hey! It's me!" I call into the small apartment.

"Be right there!" I sit my bags down by the door. I set on the makeshift bed on the floor. I turn the TV on. "Seriously? You just come and decide to watch TV?" He jokes. I stand up and walk up to him.

"Nope, just waiting for you." I smile before wrapping my arms around his neck, placing a fiery kiss to his lips. "It's been a long month, Buck." It took me six months to find him. He hid well.

"You say that every time." He laughs.

"I do not!" He just looks at me with a smirk. "Well, each time I leave, it feels like it takes longer for me to get back."

"Missed ya, too, doll."

A couple of days later, we are walking around the street market for groceries. While he looks and discusses the plums, I happen to look around. The guy at the newsstand is staring hard our way. I walk toward the stand. I see the paper that is calling for the arrest of Bucky.

"Buck? We got to go, now." I say as my phone beeps.

'Private jet just landed at the airport nearest the market you are at. Get on it now. Not a suggestion,' reads the message from my dad. Of course he has figured it out.

The long flight back has Bucky on edge. His leg is just bouncing with anxiety. I move to sit beside him on the bench seat. I place my hand on his knee. "Buck?"
