"Im, uh, Aria." I shake her hand. She couldn't be older than 14 year old.
"Do you know what you are?" She asks me. No. Now that i think about it, I don't. Im so confused right now. I look at her closer, shes very, very pretty. Long blonde hair, short, about 5'1. And her eyes are.....red.
"No. I don't anymore" i shrug looking down.
"You're a vampire" she states.
"Your joking." I shoot my head up unusually fast.
"Well, half vampire." She has to be joking. Im not a vampire!
"And you have powers" this caught my attention.
"What?" I ask a little more curious.
"You have 3 powers. Teleportation, Shielding, and your faster and stronger than all vampires and shape shifters." No way. This Is Crazy.
"Your family and friends aren't human either" she states like she knows it all.
"What do you mean?" And she explains. She explains how my best friends are werwolves, or shape shifters, and my own sister is a vampire. And no one told me. Even Charlie knows and i don't. This is bullshit.
Im furious. They should've told me.
Ive been with Chloe for a few days now, practicing my powers, learning about the Volturi, the different Covens, her past, apparently she is 534 years old but 13 in human years. Ive almost mastered my teleporting power and learned to control that and my speed and strength. She taught me more like how i have to fidget around humans now because i can stay still for a very long time.
My hair also changed.
Its light pink at the bottom.
I really like it.
Once I feel ready, I to go back home and face the fury of my dad, and my vampire sister.
2 DAYS LATER.
It took 2 days to get back home and when i walk in The Cullen's house, everyone is there. Even my dad.
"Aria!" Everyone screams and it hurt my ears.
Im bombarded with questions like
"Where have you been?"
"Did you dye your hair?"
"Why did you not come back!"
"Why is your hair like this?"
And so on.
"I was with a friend. I dyed my hair yes." Last one was of corse a lie. And answered most of the other questions. And Im grounded for 1 week.
