Next few days, Shalini helped Nishanth in the lab with minor works. Then he convinced her to stop it as her exams were coming. She was studying hard for her exams with Gee.
Talking about Gee, she knew that Udhay like her. She too have some feelings for him. But she didn't wanna take the first step. Udhay too tried to confess to her a few times but failed miserably due to his nervousness. So she herself decided to propose him after her exams.
Arjun and Pavi's relationship was smooth. Some cute little fights in the canteen, Arjun alone had this talent of calming down her when she was angry. Pavi decided to let her parents know about their relationship as they were quite confident in that. Nishanth too promised to support them. But do you know what that culprit asked Pavi in return? He asked her to bring his Angel to their home in the name of group study.
That day too came... Shalini too got permission from her parents saying that she wanted to prepare for exams with Gee and Pavi. She went there with Gee. She entered their house, and was busy in admiring it. She was interrupted by a voice.
It was none other than Nishanth's mom, Jeevitha. "Who are you...? Ohh wait... Are you friends of Pavi??" She asked them. They nodded at her. She asked them to go upstairs and said, "You go and study there. I'll prepare some snacks for you"
Shalini smiled at her sweetness and went upstairs with Gee. Suddenly she was pulled by an arm into a room.
Gee felt the emptiness beside her and frowned, "Where did she go in the speed of the light?". She decided to go back and check. She turned and felt a tap on her shoulder. She tilted her head back and saw Pavi there standing with her arms folded. "She's with Bittu... Come" She said as if it was nothing. Really they got used to this. Gee followed her.
Shalini's eyes widened in shock. She was back hugged by him. She knew that it was him. But she didn't expect him to do this when they were in his home. He bent down a little and placed his chin on her left shoulder. She got relaxed. There was a comfortable silence between them. She started playing with his bracelet while he was relaxing himself by her lavender scent after a hectic day.
"Where did you go after the lunch break?" She asked him breaking the silence.
"A meeting..." He said kissing her on her left cheek and went back to what he was doing before. She hummed in response.
He lowered his face and nuzzled the crook of her neck. She felt a shiver ran down her spine as his hot breath was fanning against her skin.
She even tried to play it cool, but she couldn't as he made her go like a Tomato with his single action.
She stood like a statue there with faster heartbeats. She knew what he want. She slowly caressed his hands which were wrapped around her waist. She could feel his heartbeats too.
