Siv: "enna aachu?"
(What happened?)

Ashwin: "appa vara solraru"
(Dad is calling)

They rushed before they could get another call from Ashwin's dad. Sivaangi's dad and mathi was looking at the files along with two other staffs. Ashwin removed his cap and entered inside. Sivaangi could clearly see the stress in their faces. Before ashwin could say a word ashwin's dad snapped.

Ashwin's dad: "inaiku nee mumbai la meeting attend panni you should have pitched your best work. What are you doing here?"
(You should have attended the meeting in mumbai)

Ashwin: "meeting.. inaiku?"
(Is there a meeting today?)

Ashwin's dad: "athuve terila? Did you went throught the files on your table before coming here?"
(Thats right.)

Ashwin: "ila. Ana endha meetingum irundha mari terila"
(No but there wasn't any meeting scheduled today)

Ashwin's dad: "i will not encourage this kind of attitude. You are taking our company downhill. This meeting is worth 500 cr. You didn't showed up. Who do you think you are?"

Ashwin: "shit" he rubbed his temple.

Ashwin's dad: "ashwin i dont know where you are heading in your life. I don't see any improvement in your performance. You are fired."

Ashwin: "appa"
(Daddy)

Ashwin's dad: "profession should be before any thing in your life if you are in such a valuable position. I dont think you are serious enough. Krishna kumar will take your place from this moment on. You will be getting your offical mail tomorrow. Thankyou for your contribution"

Ashwin walked outisde in frustration. He could believe that his own father insulted him before his family. It was not his mistake for not attending the meeting. He didn't got the information by his personal assistant. It was that one blunder which lead to ashwin's dismissal. He was dejected with the happenings. He sat in sivaangi's car and called his assistant. And it was switched off. He closed his eyes in regret.

Siv: "uncle avar kandipa meeting irukunu terinjurundha inaiku vandhuruka mataru inga"
(uncle. Im sure he wouldn't have come here if he had a meeting scheduled today)

Ashwin's dad: "avan mistake ea ilanalum being in that position adutha nal enna work irukunu pathu thadava pathurukanum ma. Thats the work ethic. Ivlo mintue ana visiyam tha nalaiku big loss aagum. (Even thought its not his mistake being in that position he should have memorized the forthcoming assignmemts and meetings. Thats the work ethic. These small things leads to big losses. I cant take chances. I cant trust him)

Siv: "uncle nan avaroda team la join panira. Trust me. Eni 2 months la nanga itha vida periya offer eduthutu varuvom. Please this one time uncle give us a chance. Kandipa engaloda fights and disagreements work la varathu. We will show our finesse."
(Uncle ill join in his team. Trust me. Within two moths we will bring a bigger offer than this to the table. Please give us a chance uncle. I promise nothing will come in between our work this time. We will show our finesse)

Ashwin's dad took some time to agree. But sivaangi's words gave him hope and also he is very confident about sivaangi's skills. So he decided to give them a chance.

Ashwin's dad: "sivaangi only for you. But if i dont get a positive results you both wont work for me"

Siv: "Thank you uncle. Appa nan Bangalore kelambara inaike"
(Daddy im moving back to Bangalore today)
