◦♔ RANDOM NOTICE: so um you guys know this is a fantasy au so there's like royalty and shit like that. but another detail that is alluded to is technology. there's obviously communicators and letters, and that's about it for communication. for transportation, in gardener and a second time, there's been mentions of carriages. i didn't really specify how the carriages work. i will just say this: in terms of transportation in this time period, there is carriages (both mechanical and by horse), cars, underground metro stations, and open buses/shuttles (they're called passenger carriages in these books).

" AWW SAPNAP, you're sick." punz said aloud, everyone getting excited beside him as they all had their eyes on the inside of the luxury carriage. "that's it! i'm driving!" dream called out, jumping into the carriage first. "i call dibs in the passenger seat!" ponk followed up, getting behind dream.
king, hbomb, punz, and sapnap were left there with smiles on their faces, piling inside the main seats of the back of the carriage.
[here's a small reference for what the inside may look like. you can imagine it yourself but all i will say is that there's a bit more space that separates the seats for a table in middle in the carriage the characters are riding right now]

the wild group of friends decided that they needed their own carriage to have some more fun on their end. carriage rentals were pretty expensive though. so how else would they get a carriage for free? through sapnap. he just stole his dad's mechanical carriage. simple.
sapnap went to the driving area in the front where the carriage's mechanics were, briefly checking up on dream and ponk and starting the ignition. when king sat down, he felt the engine start, the entire carriage slightly thumping in response. sapnap came out from the drivers area. "guys you can put stuff in the cabinets." he said, motioning to the compartments in the walls that contained small shelves on the inside.
