✵ ✵ ✵

WHEN WILBUR WENT OUT into the city to observe the elitists as tommy and tubbo got caught up in a childish disc war between dream, he recognized and overheard that potions were beginning to catch the pockets of the elite class. so what other product to switch over to than potions right? being smart, that's exactly what they did. and then it was like high school all over again—the money went soaring to the skies. surly nothing could go wrong from here.

✵ ✵ ✵

BACK AT THE DREAM smp, things were going wrong. within a little less than a year, things took quite a turn. it began with the camarvan (of course it had to be the camarvan), a business that profited greatly from potion producing... illegal potion producing though.

on the side, tommy and tubbo fueled dream's annoyance further because of the disc war, the duo making dream chase them in pursuit for tommy's valuables. that was one reason on dream's end: tommy causing destruction and messing around with the citizens of dream smp like they wouldn't care. then the second reason naturally came about: wilbur selling illegal potions.

dream decided to confront wilbur about it and well... it ended up turning into a whole skirmish full of adrenaline and action, tommy having been put into temporary jail before being busted out, wilbur being put up for trial... but the most insane thing out of them all was the birth of a brand new nation. a nation that was only available to europeans. a nation that exercised freedom, yet locked its territory and its residents within heightened walls that urged people to never look at the dream smp, only to look into their own nation.

wilbur decided to commit to the greatest stand of independence, creating a rebellion that would leave a lasting political and interpersonal mark on the dream smp forever. wilbur called this nation.. l'manberg. this entire nation stemming from the camarvan, and an unhealthy obsession on wilbur's end. wilbur, tommy, tubbo, a random friend—british with a distinct bass voice—who's been living in the smp but decided to come around named eret, and wilbur's son, fundy, stood up as the main founders of l'manberg (with an honorary inclusion of ranboo as they all had different jobs), rebelling against the rules of the dream smp.

now this.. this was a big problem for dream. the dream team had to watch the great installment and immigration of l'manberg and its new citizens, the announcement of l'manberg's great name being washed over several neighboring kingdoms. this caused fellow europeans from all over to flock to l'manberg, waves upon waves of people seeking for a new home to stay in. once those gates were open, wilbur proudly stood and observed from above, watching desperate people fleeing inside the walls. there was even one particular german, pink-haired girl that caught the eyes of the founders named niki. she was within the crowds of immigrators, looking up at the walls for the first time with glee and generosity in her eyes.

then after small favors, making friends, and operating her own successful bakery, she became a founder of l'manberg as well, being gifted a hand sewn, customized l'manberg uniform that matched those of wilbur, tommy, tubbo, eret, and fundy. for the dream smp, this caused a territory split up, now the two halves of land being called l'manberg and greater dream smp. this made dream infuriated. why would anyone try to split up his land by physical barriers and spirit? there was no way dream and everyone in the greater dream smp would let this slip.

so of course, wars, skirmishes, and trials for independence followed, the people being politically divided between living within the original grounds of dream smp versus living within the walls of l'manberg. it was making both sides look manipulative and tyrannical, dream especially taking advantage of planting gaslit words within his citizens' heads. even then, exploding l'manberg during the most prominent independence war and creating a massive genocide of over half the citizens in l'manberg didn't fix dream's problems. l'manberg successfully declared its independence, and was no longer going nowhere outside its walls, continuing to expand its territory and residence right in front of dream's eyes.

MESSAGE.

it has an almost similar vibe and sound to new girl by labrinth (soundtrack that was used all the way back in chapter iii). however, this song is much more ominous and represents a bad omen—basically foreshadowing some sinister events coming up (you could maybe even tie this foreshadow into gardener).

this soundtrack was used in the turning point scene within euphoria involving jules and tyler.

PREVIEW LYRICS UNAVAILABLE.
