Miguel JoJo went under the name "The Reaper" and managed to gain a title for himself as an assassin after one year, without Salvi knowing that he is Miguel JoJo. Anne Zeppeli worked for Salvi and was loyal to him only to find Miguel, only to regret it later as Salvi would kill her mother and brother. The other two, Jessica Polnareff and Jedan Ligera, were mind-controlled by Salvi's flesh buds.
Dark and Hercules, meanwhile, were actually wanted assassins working for Salvi. Dark worked as an assassin in Salvi's name as he is Salvi's son, and Hercules was captured by the New World Order from a spacecraft, and at the time (1942), Hercules had amnesia. Salvi, however, knew what he really was, and his true self was left unknown to the world.
Salvi's Capo, Adrian Lincoln, was Salvi's former favored official. After Salvi's death, Adrian began working for the United States Government, but unknown to the American but known to Miguel's files, Adrian actually works for another Mafia.
The second-in-command, an unknown figure who organized everything that happened in the third Part for Salvi and the one who managed to find the Ark of the Covenant, is unknown. His Stand is also unknown, which has an unknown but thought-to-be extremely powerful Stand Ability. Who or where he is? We will never know.
The Second World Order:
The Second World Order is a Mafia that is said to have been founded by Salvi's successor, the previous Underboss. After Miguel took over The New World Order in South East Asia, this Underboss created The Second World Order in the United States... Miguel thinks that they have been sending assassins to Miguel JoJo and are the ones behind the mind-controlling of the citizens of America, using the President as a puppet and control America.
