Chapter 7 The Staff

We went out of the gym and headed to the class, Jim said, "Then it's set, when I get outta here I'll go straight to Trollmarket to tell Usurna everything. " We heard some growling noise and saw... Draal? Blinky said, "Draal? You scared the great morkus out of us" When Jim asked, "What's Draal doing here?", Draal started to run towards us Blinky said, "Why is he charging at us?" Then Draal increases his speed, Aaarrrgh! said, "Not Draal anymore!" And tried to stop him

Blinky said, "He has been touched by the Decimaar Blade!" I said, "Decimaar Blade? Isn't that Gunmar's Blade, then Gunmar is out" Jim spaced out for a second then said the incantation for summoning Daylight, he said, "Run Yume!" I didn't want to but I couldn't be of any help even if I stayed, I am not like Toby or Claire I don't have a Warhammer or a magic staff the only thing I have is my performances but as you can guess they are not needed here so I ran with all my might in the hall way I stopped to take a break, I said, "I am nothing" then there was a  light (light's colour is this👇👇:)

Glowing under my feet and made a... star? The star glowed then a light of the same color came out of nowhere,  it became solid and turned into a staff. (The staff  was like this)

A female voice came from the staff it said, " You, who have the magic of the stars, the staff of dreams is your to command" I just said, "eh?" The staff and everything is so strange but it feels so natural I have a strong feeling that I have to hold that staff, to say simply this feel like, like... my destiny. I reached out my hand a bit then a bit more when my hand was just in front of the staff I grabbed it and an image of a girl with the same staff saying something flashed into my mind

And then the magic just disappeared and the wand turned into a key necklace

I couldn't think anything so I just put on the key necklace and ran back to the class but I saw Señor Uhl in the cafeteria so I hid as it was dark inside then I bumped into something no someone, it was Claire and the others! Toby said, "Oh! you are here Yume, where is Jim? " I said, "When we finished tying his shoes mine opened so I told him to get back in the class" Mary said, "OK... " Then looked around and said, "Wait, now where is Steve?" Eli said, "Probably back in the room with Jim, come on! No time to waste! " We were praying that we don't run into Señor,  thankfully we reached without an encounter with Señor Uhl. 

Steve came in a few minutes later but no sign of Jim yet, I told Claire and Toby about what happened but not about the key, I thought, "There are already enough problems I don't want to add one more, I will tell them about the key when we get back" just then Jim came running in the room I quickly threw a pencil and sharpener at him, Señor Uhl also came and asked, "Where's Lake" Jim closing the door said,"Right here Señor Uhl, just needed to sharpen my pencil" and went back to his seat, Señor Uhl said, "I neard screaming and fightin, which of you left the room" Shannon said, "We didn't hear anything" Toby said, "You told us to stay here" 

Señor Uhl said, " If no one is going to come forward, then all of you will have detention next week!" Then he noticed Eli's anxiety and said, "Mr. Pepperjack you are a smart young boy with a promising future, possibly no detention next week, who left the room?" We all stared at Eli intensely he said, "Nobody? You said we weren't supposed to get out of our seats " Señor Uhl made a scary face and said, "So you think you kids can take me for a fool? Well you know what? I have proof! Come with me, now!" We followed him to the place where I think Jim was fighting the lockers were broken and something was written on it with red paint 

Señor Uhl said, "Who did this?" Steve said, "Looks to me like a prank from our school rivals 'I hate Arcadia Oaks Academy' " Mary said, "Probably Tight Jeans Hank, he was pretty P.O.'d when I called it off" and me Jim, Claire and Toby just did the "We don't know anything" action Señor Uhl said, "Very well then, you may leave" then he farted and we laughed he said, "Who did that?! I'll find out, if its the last thing I do!
