"cheers!" mark said as he offered a toast after finishing a speech about nct dream's first full length album.

you smiled as you reached for your juice, since you don't drink alcohol. you raised your cup, cheering with everybody.

you are one of the newer staff under nct dream, joining the team just when de javú was released. you were an sm staff for red velvet but they put you on nct dream because of some complications.

you didn't have any complains tho, as you loved how fun the boys are. they were so easy to work with, and they treat you as a part of their family.

specially chenle. you are older than him for only 2 years, but you two were the closest. he would always stick by you, he would always ask for you to assist him even tho there's like 5 other staffs that he can asks, and he doesn't make you do anything. he would buy you food, ask you to go shopping with him, and even meeting his entire family since he asked for you specifically to go with him back to china.

he would frequently flirt with you, but quickly backtracking saying it was only a joke. you could tell he was serious, but because he was also scared, he would immediately back up and pretend that he didn't mean it.

you knew he had feelings for you, and you had feelings for him aswell. you were very careful as a staff since a relationship with a staff and an idol is frowned upon.

but that changed when chenle asked you to be his girlfriend a week ago, while you two were walking together at the han river. he gave you a ring, and asked you out romantically.

at that moment, you couldn't think of anything. you said yes without the thought of losing your job, or being banned from the company. you agreed to the relationship because you love him aswell.

everyone was laughing and having fun while listening to some music.

"your favorite." chenle whispered as he gave your bowl of cold noodles, and smiled at you.

"thanks." you said and continue to eat. you didnt bother to look at him again, since everyone is here and they might notice something.

"everyone! just wanted you all to know that our stylist is getting married!" the manager offered a toast for our stylist.

"congrats noona!" jaemin yelled, and so are the other dreamies to. everyone clinked their glasses together.

to your left, you had your friend, Jay. he's new to the job, being one of the staffs. he adapted quickly tho, since everyone is near his age. you trained him for 2 months now and he's close with the other staffs too.

everyone was busy chatting when the topic changes into something awkward.

"when will you get a girlfriend, jay? you're a good looking man! you should get a girlfriend!" the other staff asked, quite tipsy.

"hyung is single? how so?" jeno asked, looking at jay with a confused look.

if someone would look at jay, he would definitely pass as a boyfriend. he looks clean, and really knows how to style himself. he's very funny too. but you knew, he wasn't chenle. so.. nope.

"i actually like someone." jay answered, gaining a few 'ooh's from everyone.

"who, hyung?" renjun asked, making everyone curious at who is he talking about.

"someone.. sitting on this very table." he said. now everyone is in a hot seat, trying to figure it out.
