From where Forth is standing, he saw Sharp sit beside Beam and hold his hand. It seems that they are talking seriously and he see how Beam became pale and feels like shaking. He knows Beam, he use to be like that when he is afraid of something. He really wants to go to Beam but as always Lam restrained him to do that. He saw also that Sharp and Beam went to the other table and converse seriously with Beams frowm eyes and he seems to cry at any moment.
"That jerk, what did he do to make Beam look like that" he mumbles to himself gritted his teeth.
At the other table away from Benjamin, he is calm and continue eating his ice cream.
"Nong, Forth is Benjamins father" he said
"Did Benjamin already know?" - Sharp. Beam nods
"We had a relationship when we are in college but something happened that leads me to stay away from him"
"And what was that?"-Sharp ask
And Beam started to tell Sharp all what happened 5 years ago.
"So you mean he knows that he had a child with you and Benjamin knows who is his father?"
"Yes, but Benjamin refuses when i tell to him that i will introduce him to his father" Beam said
"But why?"
"He is afraid Nong"
"For what?"
"For rejection" Beam said and his tears begin to fall and he instantly wipe it of the back of his right palm. "He is afraid that Forth will reject him and he said that he dont want to see me cry again" he continues
"And for how long did he plan to not meet his father?" Sharp ask and take a glance to Benjamin
Beam shrugged his shoulder and said "Benjamin said that let destiny decide when, where and how he's going to meet his father"
"Oh boy, that kid. He so smart" Sharp said and he holds Beam hands. And Beam only nods and look at his son.
"And what about you? Are you ready to meet him again?"
"I don't know but i guess i can't prevent that anymore to happen".
"Do you stilll...just in anycase... love him?" Sharp ask
"......"
"Phi..."
"Yes Sharp, i still love him" Said Beam and cry again.
"Phi.. "
"But don't worry, i will not do anything stupid now. I am contented with my life, having Benjamin completed my life"
"And we are here for you" said Sharp and hug Beam.
Then Benjamin stand and went to them. "Uncle Sharp, did mama stop his drama already?" He said while his eyes is rolling and his hand is in his waist.
Beam laugh at his son gesture,.he so adorable.
