All were in hall and celebrating dadi bday

Kareena left. Preeta was about to go to room but suddenly she stumbled and held his head... Karan saw her and went to her..
Karan: kya hua preeta
Preeta: karan pata nhi achanak se chakkar aa gaye...
Karan: preeta ye aaj nhi bhot din pehle tumhe chakkar aye the. Ek kaam krte hai doctor ke pass chalte hai..
Preeta: nhi karan mai thik bs muje jaldi washroom le chalo muje vomitting jaisa feel ho raha hai.
Karan: ok
He picked her and her to washroom.. karan came downstairs..
Kareena: karan tumne preeta ko dekha maine use gift lane ko kaha tha room se..
Karan: bua vo preeta ko chakkar aa rahe aur vomitting ho rhi to mai use room mai le gaya..
All looked at him tensed suddenly rakhi tensed face change into happy face...karan saw it..
Karan: mom aap smile kyu kar rahi ho..
Then dadi nd kareena also understand and smiled..
Karan: pehle mom smile kar rahi thi abb bua or dadi bhi kar rahe...

In happiness he started jumping here nd there..all laughed seeing his happiness and antics..
All were to preeran room.
There preeta was sleeping keeping head on headrest...
Karan goes to her and immediately hug...preeta startled by his action.. soon he broke hug nd kissed her forehead..
Preeta: kya hua karan itna happy mood mai kuch hua hai kya..
Karan(happily): preeta i am so happy..aaj tumne muje duniya ki saari khushi de di..
Preeta(confused): kya
Karan: you are pregnant preeta
Preeta looked at him shockingly and put her hand on belly...tears welled up in her eyes ...
Preeta: mai sach mai maa bnne wali hu...

In evening there was celebration of preeta pregnancy news and dadi bday...
Rakhi: preeta aaj dai ma aane wali tumhare liye aur vo confirm bhi karegi...

Then dia ma came and checked preeta and she said they having twins...
All are happy then they cut cake ....
Next day..
Preeta and karan went to hospital for preeta checking . Doctor said that there is no complication.... everything is fine...
That night
Karan nd preeta are sleeping in each other embrace... Suddenly preeta woke up karan..
Preeta: karan utho muje sandwich khani hai.
Karan(sleepy): preeta abhi so jao kal mai lake dunga ..

Like this 9 month finish it time to welcome baby...

Suddenly there babies crying voice...karan froze at his place..

Karan: meri princess ka naam hoga samaira karan luthra
