After that their must reoganisation of the army and the navy so our blade will always in top condition. But the most important is Japan must use the way USA and USSR mass production of weapon and incorperated the improvemant of technology on the Way and to create weapon of mass production and most important must incoperated R&D of Germany so we can make weapon like Katyutsa, V rocket and nuclear bomb.
With this new determanation to made Empire of Japan became much better than the one in history, he wake up from his bed and say something to the butler.
"Butler, can you bring me a notebook and pen. There was i want to read for myself."
"Yes Your Higness, i will brinv what you want in minute. "
After the notebook and pen was given, he was begin to write what was goin to be his plan in to decade and his design for something he want to do.

Ishikawa design the light tank of Japan similiar to Panzer I

Ishikawa also design the second light tank of Japan similiar with Panzer II but with two version of weapon, first 20 mm cannon same with original, second 30 mm cannon
After see the two picture of Panzer I & II on his notebook and what he want with this weapon, he was very santified with this but thie picture is for the future when industrial capacity of Japan already big and mature for the task.
Now, with this Japan was already have design ready for mass production and battle proven in war.
