You're already knew that some group of short-signed people from the government official and military establishment that didn't believe a single report of our, Technical Officer of the military and industrial capabilities of Gra Valkas and especially true regarding the military capabilities of Japanese." Technical Officer Myhark said with amused and sad tone in his speak with Myrus.

"Oh I was just thinking about this matter very long time and I come ego a simple conclusion. In the same time that we analysis the Gra Valkas and Japanese military capabilities, we must also invited some people from Japan with knowledge of civilian and military technology to deeper our industrial foundation. So I suggest after we finish this mission of military observation, I will try to talk to some of our acquaintance in the Japanese military, Japanese industry and the Japanese government. Well, I didn't mean to talk to some top official because they have two possibilities, one they didn't know at all or two they know but they will not introduce that person to us. So I want the two of us to use our connection in the lower part of the spectrum but still have some power of their own, maybe a lieutenant or something or old hand in each part of military, industry and government of Japan. So I suggest maybe we must make some groundwork for this scheme to work." Technical Officer Myrus said of support but with revision of his own in this scheme.
