Said Jonkhee Van Starkenborgh Stachouwer to the Emperor about the goal of the Netherlands want to achieve in this meeting with Japan.

Hearing this from the Envoy of Netherlands itself, the Emperor was shocked that he was hearing this from the mouth of the Envoy itself. So, after a silent of at least a minute so the Emperor can sort out of what he want to say, Emperor Hirohito/Ishikawa open his mouth to the Netherlands representetive, "The Honourable Jonkhee Van Starkenborgh Stachouwer, I want to ask you some question before we proceed to the next talk, can I do that for a few moment?"
