The next day, Clementine was standing on the balcony, on the phone with Miranda, a pout tugging at her lips as she spoke to her mother.

She groaned and said, "Do me a favor and let Mallary come here after lunch; you said I could ask you anything. Please help me, Mom; Alcina and I will set them up to see what happens."

"That's the issue; I previously told Mallary about my visit to Heisenberg's factory today, and she was excited."

"Really? You're going to think of something else besides Donna's happiness?" She sighed. "Just give me a chance to try it, my God!"

Miranda let out a sigh. "Fine, I'll reschedule our trip; if Mallary returns here and the two of them haven't reconciled, I'm going to hire you as my chauffeur for a week."

She laughed and said, "Deal, thanks mom, I love you."

"I love you, Eve, and I'd want to have dinner with you later, please come home."

"Sure mom, anything for you," she said as she hung up the phone.

When two hands grabbed Clementine's waist, she spun around to see Daniela smiling at her.

"Hello there, do you need anything from me?"

Daniela giggled. "Have you looked through the manuscript I'm working on?"

"I did," she smirked. "I'm curious as to who you drew inspiration from for the characters and plot?"

"As if you don't recognize those characters, Mom. Do you like it or do you think I should make some changes?"

She ruffled her hair, "I love it the way it is; you don't need to change anything. Are you planning on submitting it to a publishing house? Your story has a lot of potential, and I think others would be interested in reading it."

Daniela sighed. "I submitted a couple chapters of it, and I'm getting a lot of offers, but..."

"But, what?"

"It doesn't have a title or a conclusion yet, and I'm working hard to come up with a unique finale that will move or inspire people."

Clementine gave a sly grin. "Make a conclusion in which someone dies, perhaps Clea as a result of an illness or a virus? That's going to make people cry."

Daniela swatted her arm. "Mom! You're Clea, and you're not going to die, at least not in my own book."

Her lips parted with a giggle. "Calm down, I was just kidding."

Daniela grimaced. "I promise mom, if you die and leave us, I'll never forgive you."

"Stop frowning because I'm not going to die or leave you. Didn't I made a promise? I'll stay here as long as you need me," she hugged her and kissed her hair.

Daniela hugged her back and began kissing her on the cheeks, which made her laugh. The sound of a camera clicking drew their attention, and they discovered Alcina standing at the balcony's entrance, camera in hand.

"I'm sorry for ruining your special moment," she shrugged. "But I had to take a picture."

"Is it possible for me to look? Do we look cute?" Daniela exclaimed as she dashed towards Alcina.

"Here," Alcina said, handing her the camera.

"Mom! We have look so sweet here!" Daniela giggled.

"Oh right, lunch is already served in the dining hall, you should go," Alcina stroked Daniela's hair.

"Are you going to skip lunch?"

"No, darling; we'll be there, I just need to talk to Clementine."
